About Amateur Photographer Magazine
-Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
-If a subscription offers a free trial, at the end of the trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription.
You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.

I’ve cancelled my old subscription and won’t renew here
Tried to buy a single issue with the new owner’s app. Payment processed successfully, says you are “all set”, then shows me a preview of the issue with an offer for me to buy it; no downloading, nothing. Went through this twice, same result.
Also AmateurPhotographerMagazine has some very frustrating behavior with device rotation. Navigating back to the main page results in a return to “normal” vertical orientation even though orientation lock is on. Frustrating. What are the chances that these two things are the only major problems with the “new” app.
The new owners have a long way to go before getting my money.

only worked for one download
Tried to do a second issue, says the purchase went through. No way to download it. just get a preview screen. No answer from support email sent earlier today. Will update my review if problem fixed.

Pricey but EXCELLENT photography magazine
This is the most expensive magazine I have purchased (and continue to purchase). It is produced every other week and the information is very current, unlike a number of other photography magazines. I love the equipment reviews, the photography tips, guides from experts, and the post-production tutorials. There is one feature in every issue where they take readers photographs and show how to make them better. The results they produce are amazing and I have found this feature to be particularly instructive and useful. Highly recommend for photographers at all levels.

Great App - no issues
The magazine reader works well, never crashed. I love the font choice, clean and easy to read. Navigation is easy with the double page view in landscape orientation, and the single page in portrait. Very intuitive ... And it just works! (Oh, and the magazine is good too!)

Convenient way to access a good magazine
This is a weekly magazine so carrying and storing it becomes a problem. AmateurPhotographerMagazine is a very good way to read it regularly though I still buy a particular issue at the news stand once in a while.

Very Buggy App
The magazine content is great but AmateurPhotographerMagazine is horribly buggy to the point that I'm not renewing my subscription - to much aggravation getting AmateurPhotographerMagazine to work reliably.

Developers should fix this issue. There is no purpose to read this magazine when it lacks the retina graphics.
