I download the map in hopes I can boycott Google maps. But this app map doesn’t seem to work outside of Qatar. I’m in Dallas Texas. No luck getting the map to show my city.
Filled with bugs and slow compared to competitors. I will wait until developers improve Wain before I make it my default app. Hopefully, QU is still developing and working on improving Wain and it’s not forgotten.
Wain is good only for a limited area in qatar but not far away places, for example i put in desert falls waterpark and it said it can’t find a path there. need to expand the area Wain covers.
there’s also a slight delay in responsiveness so Wain needs to be faster and more seamless 👍🏼
Wain is very useful and I use it often to search for places, but my advice is to update the map because a while ago I was looking for a veterinary clinic but the navigation brings me to old places or closed buildings, after that I looked for Petrol Station but it also drove me to a closed station .. I wish that you update it, otherwise it is very helpful and I would recommend it.

Great app for anyone living in Qatar. Maps are very updated compared to other apps and it offers extra services like using the blue house plate to reach your destination.
Really helpful for finding traffic congestion and navigation.
For sharing location, Wain is much better than google maps .
