My favorites don’t load on my phone and won’t sync to my laptop. The only thing that syncs is the max notes and on laptop that’s fine I could double tap and open well not on mobile you from what I have tried the only thing that works is copying the link from max notes and paste them in the browser the user interface is terrible and frustrating for that reason. I’ve been a loyal user since 2016 but I think it’s time to transfer files and move on 🤦🏽‍♂️

Maxthon 5 worked fine. It was a small, no-fuss browser that’s just works. Until version 6, where they removed the capability to store and re-use bookmarks. Now when you bookmark, you are storing the web-content, and to browse to the bookmarked URL, you will have to become a “member”. This completely defeated the purpose of using this supposedly minimum/anonymous browser. Please, there are many other browsers that do not demand my personal info just to store a local bookmark. Bye.

Been using it for a few days and it’s pretty good when it’s not crashing or freezing up. I haven’t really seen much in the way of speed improvements compared to other available browsers.

It needs small touches on handle past and sort categories, by colors or else but thats just details.
MaxthonBrowser works great !
I used it a lot to search for new sounds and melodies.

I love MaxthonBrowser, and have been using it for a few years now. But now when i go to email it upload files, i click the one i want it to upload to, but it always winds up being stuck, and I’m unable to press anything after that, and have to close out and reopen MaxthonBrowser . This has been going on for a while now, and would be good if somebody fixed this issue. Other than that, MaxthonBrowser is great.

Since update to Maxthon5 web pages load in desktop mode instead of mobile site. I cannot find a setting to change this. Even google does this very annoying.

Update: Developer contacted me and told me how to switch turn off desktop mode. Thank you.

I’ve always used Maxthon as a way to download videos onto my iphone. The last few times I’ve attempted to do that, it wouldn’t work at all. I dont know if this is a bug or what but it is very inconvenient.

MaxthonBrowser is cool! I’m so happy IObit created their own browser called Maxthon browser! I saw it on One of the IObit programs. I tried to install it on my pc but I can’t. But This is gonna become my default mobile browser!

Browsing speed surpasses safari, plus simple data cleanup. Still learning all the features. Does as promoted.

Maxthon 5 works really well. Always up, never fails to open or any of the other problems with some browsers.
Use it virtually every day.

Great internet browser! So far I’ve had everything I’d want in an app like this, but if we’re this far there are a few other things I’d like aswell..... let’s talk about that

Update: There are many features that I like, however the new appearance of the icons isn't to my liking, I see no way to change the appearance of icons.

Amazing. They wouldn’t work on either. Tried to fix it for weeks. This did it the first try.

Does not rotate 360 degrees with the latest update on the iPad.
Sent this issue many times. No improvement. Every other major browser does this. Have tried on different iPads. So it is not my iPad issue

With Opera's latest update for Mobile (Opera Mini) along came headlines and ads which slowly load first - then the home page. MX5 is a blazing fast and clean browsing experience. I've used Maxthon desktop for years.

Downloaded it in iPhone 7 and then on that my ipad , I go to ipad 1 purchases and download it there!

Maxthon preferred from day I found(2005). Used on every device that it would install and run on, plus a couple that stated it wouldn’t . Browser runs how you prefer, not a way they prefer you use it!(by default)

Tried them all - on the iPhone this is FAR superior to any other browser. The logical operation is a breeze. It also SEEMS faster. All the "settings" are much easier to understand and access than any other. I also use maxthon 4 and 5 on my desktop machines.

I use the MX5 app for everything. I rarely do searches on my laptop because I can do everything I need with MaxthonBrowser. It is faster than the others and offers great features. The desktop app is great too. I highly recommend trying this browser so you can see the benefits for yourself.

We are unable to move tabs around, which even Safari is able to do. Finally, app freezes often.

Great Browser, 3 years ago I tried this browser , Rearly crashed,for downloading one of the best among others.
