My iPhone is on 15.7 OS and just got latest release of this app app last night and now as soon as you launch app it blows up.
I downloaded Site24x7 and didn't open it right away. There were several apps on my iPad that had updates, this included. It only did a partial download and so now it's stuck. I can't update it, and I can't delete it!!! It's slowing my iPad down considerably too.

The last update from Site24x7 force me to login everytime I open Site24x7 . This is frustrating. Please fix. I never had an issue before, but saw today that you updated Site24x7 6 daus ago. I have the issue since a few days. Must be related to the update.
Trying to figure out how cancel this third party service. Do not try.
I have to close and reopen it 100% of the time. I replaced my phone a few weeks ago.... same thing, hangs. Right now, I’m getting the alerts, but the page will not load to read them. Same on WiFi or 4G.
Previously pretty useful, great option for alerting on monitor outages.
Unfortunately, as of the last update in Nov 2022, it crashes immediately upon opening. Background alerts still work, but Site24x7 crashes as soon as it takes the foreground.
There is too little flexibility on the alerts. With the mobile app, the push notifications are either on or off. You can’t set thresholds/rules. If a server goes down for a minute at 2am and then fixes itself… the push alert will be immediate and will wake me up for nothing. I’d be waken up multiple times nightly if I left the push notifications enabled on the phones.
Apparently no free option.

No pointer in app how to even sign up
Not detecting actual outages. Developers taking too long to find cause and solution to problem. NOC view not updating.
The last update broke the login, and now you have to log back in even when switching apps.
Since the last major update Site24x7 make me enter my credentials every time I use Site24x7 . Is very annoying and useless like this.
Is a shame cause I have more than 200 monitors and now is useless, hopefully in the next update will fix this issue.
No push received, red dot showing while there are no alarms. Everything else is very good.
The iOS home screen widget no longer works. Continually says “authorization failed”. Please address this as it was a very nice feature.
We have used Site 24x7 for years and the iOS app is a very helpful addition and is designed for very easy review of important details without added cruft. Their plan pricing is very clear and competitive in the monitoring industry.
Nice to know the status of the service on the move !! Expecting more configuration from Site24x7 .
