Just downloaded app today.
I keep telling the app I don’t want Notifications; but, it keeps asking numerous times during the brief period I have had the app. The app is not listed in the iPhone’s Settings’ Notifications page, even though this page shows other apps which show notifications off.
Tapping links to get from story results to get to website resulted in garbage: rapiidly flickering website.
App store says app does not give info on privacy. I see why. In order to make comments, I signed in with Google, then
was told cookies would need to be enabled.
My dealing with this atrocious app is going to be short lived. Will delete it as soon as I finish this comment.

App only gives about 2 or 3 sentences worth of news, smothered in Ads. Have to launch a Web Browser each time to get full story, or even to just get enough info to judge whether to read article(s) further.
Once browser is launched, you’re bombarded with more Ads while attempting to read the story.
