The user interface for the iPad Pro 11" isn't updated, (relatively minor). The user interface for the widget on iPadOS 13 has small icons on the "largest setting" with very little text showing under the icon. So the icons are small with dead space around them and making it harder to tap. This gives me less space for my other one or two widgets that show all the time in landscape mode, essentially wasting some of my space widget space with is precious.
I tried to contact the dev's directly through the iPad app, but the page won't load and then I tried through the "app support" link on the iPad App page through the AppStore and it says page not found. So even though I like the app in general and have a few use cases for it at the moment. I'm frustrated with the UI and the lack of ability to contact the Dev's to give feedback. If this would have come up about a month ago before renewal I would of been tempted to cancel. Please fix the "contact us" links and update the iPad UI. Thanks. :)

I'll start this by prefacing that I do fully understand that developers need to make a living. I would love to find ways to justify helping that.
But I can't in this case. I got LCP months ago after reading and hearing way too many good words about it, but if I'm being honest, I don't think I have ever actually used it once. I just don't see anything it can do that Shortcuts/Workflow cannot. Maybe the actions are easy to setup, I'm honestly not sure.
However, this is the kind of app that just doesn't justify a subscription. Custom icons? A theme? Siri integration? NFC? Come on now.
The new version mentions future features that might incur extra costs as one reason for this. Sorry, but I'm not the type who pre-orders things. I understand how these particular devs are not the ones who screwed over lots of people in the past years worth of this pre-orders nonsense, but nonetheless the very concept is flawed and wrong.
I'll check again once these new features are released, but until I see real, good reasons for this app to have a subscription attached to it, I will treat it like all others that have attached a subscription for things that do not justify one, and will rate it as low as possible because this behavior needs to stop.

I have used this app for a very long time and have loved it. However, I went to launch one of my apps from within Launch Center and imagine my surprise when I find that I cannot launch the apps using the same workflow that I have used for a very long time. Instead, I find a lock on the app that I want to launch and can no longer launch my app. This is a very poor way to roll out an upgrade. If you want to charge for new features, great; but don’t take away features that I have had previously for a long time.
