Purchases won’t restore
After CreativeMachineEmbroidery update, even though I followed the instructions, I cannot restore my purchases. The magazine is about to renew for another year...but it won’t be much use to me if I can’t read it.
Where are my new issues and WHY can I not get any issues that I have paid for?
I have tried numerous times to “restore” back issues but to no avail. I am canceling my subscription
With iOS 8 and updates, CreativeMachineEmbroidery has worked for about a week and I have lost ALL of my issues - at least three years worth. What a waste.
Crashes upon opening. It wouldn't even let me subscribe. Was so looking forward to buying a few issues.....
Same problem as other reviewers: subscription is paid, can't get magazine to download, no one knows how to fix.
I renewed on June 5th and have a paid receipt for a year which ends in 2016.
It won't automatically d/l like it use to.
Keep being given the run around with links that don't work.
It also won't recognize my correct email and password.
What am I going to do! I'm going to start raising hell and keep after them to do the right thing by U.S. Better business bureau will also get a filing against New TrCk Media and magazine itself.
Monthly I subscribe and in the past couple of months have not been able to read it. The magazine, if it opens, shuts down within a minute. Please fix this bug or I will stop wasting my money.
It’s just WRONG to CHARGE PEOPLE and then LEAD THEM ON with the “it takes a while to ‘restore’ your purchases.” NOT HAPPY, I WANT A REFUND.

I have a current digital subscription and am unable to download the current issue and have lost access to several years of back issues. Please resolve and restore access,
I don't know who created your new app format, but it is awful! It crashes constantly and I have deleted and re-downloaded several time. Your developer needs to go back to the drawing board. The old format was much better. If this continues I will discontinue my subscription.
Since the update in January 2015. CreativeMachineEmbroidery is terrible. Crashes every time you try to open it. Even after clean reload and restart of the iPad. I have already paid for a digital subscription and should not also have to pay for a print version also. I will not renew my subscription if this continues
CreativeMachineEmbroidery is not working well. It quits out or requires another account besides iTunes. It lost two of my magazines and refuses to restore. I'm changing to Designs in Embroidery. CME needs to get a new app developer similar to Threads or other UK mags. Both Sew News and CME use the same style app that are all full of glitches. I will start to read the magazine, and it pops out and back to my home screen. It does it several times in the process of reading and maneuvering through CreativeMachineEmbroidery . Wish I could get my money back on the subscription.
I am very unhappy that after the recent update I can not access any of my back issues or the newest issues that I am still being charged for. This has happened since the update! I subscribe through iTunes. I have been a happy customer for over 3 years. I want my purchases restored and not in July 2019 as CreativeMachineEmbroidery states! CreativeMachineEmbroidery will not recognize any email I try to use as in directions. NOT HAPPY Restore now or refund all my subscription fees! This has happened in the last several months!
Can't open CreativeMachineEmbroidery . Keeps crashing. Please fix
CreativeMachineEmbroidery will work if you get a zinio login and use that as your digital subscriber info for the magazines. All of my purchases came back. Wish CreativeMachineEmbroidery developer made this clearer. Hope this helps.
This is good magazine however after purchasing the annual purchase, you cannot login to get added items and
the 800 customer number never answers the phone stayed on hold over an hour and still no person. They have way to
have them call you back but they never call back. How do we get the magazines if you cannot get them downloaded on the
ipad??? If it is fixed for logging in it will be great.
It seems as if every time I want to read this magazine the site is having an error and says try again later. Bought it from Apple. Not going to renew a 3 year if it is not resolved…
