I am very unhappy that after the recent update I can not access any of my back issues or the newest issues that I am still being charged for. This has happened since the update! I subscribe through iTunes. I have been a happy customer for over 3 years. I want my purchases restored and not in July 2019 as the app states! The app will not recognize any email I try to use as in directions. NOT HAPPY Restore now or refund all my subscription fees! This has happened in the last several months!

The app is not working well. It quits out or requires another account besides iTunes. It lost two of my magazines and refuses to restore. I'm changing to Designs in Embroidery. CME needs to get a new app developer similar to Threads or other UK mags. Both Sew News and CME use the same style app that are all full of glitches. I will start to read the magazine, and it pops out and back to my home screen. It does it several times in the process of reading and maneuvering through the app. Wish I could get my money back on the subscription.

Since the update in January 2015. This app is terrible. Crashes every time you try to open it. Even after clean reload and restart of the iPad. I have already paid for a digital subscription and should not also have to pay for a print version also. I will not renew my subscription if this continues
