1 month agoAll the time when I try to log in, your broken system states that "Your username or your password is not valid.". Well that is nonsense. My username and my password are 1000% valid. But your webmaster is just some kind of retard because that problem exists for years and you NEVER reply and NEVER give any assistance. What do you ask to pay for if you do not give ANY technical assistance and do not give ANY support. Your site looks like a third echelon fake dating site with the only difference that some users do exist and give some activity to it. But the rest of the service - is just a disaster. I am wondering how this could exist in reality and have really a few users with such a service.

11 months agoVery nice. I can't modify or delete anything once it's posted. I am truly dismayed at what this site has become. I have only one member with whom I exchange messages; if he leaves, I quit! Why this was done to a site that once was functional I will never understand. I know I am not the only one with this complaint; all the others on here who used to chat with me are no longer here! I may give up as well; it's obvious that users are not given much consideration here. And I'm expected to pay for this? Don't hold your breath! The moment payment is required, I'm history!

1 year agoI have paid for subscription for membership, but when I have tried to log in, my Username & Password is not recognised and the site isn't even allowing to reset my password event though I have a receipt for payment? I've used this site in the past and it used to be easy to get set up?

1 year agoI have a yearly membership, that has still another month to go. It is the second time lately that my profile got locked for no reason. Last time it was locked for 2 weeks. It has been now locked for nearly 10 days. Sending message to webmaster does not do anything. You never get any reply. This is not a way to treat customers and this app is not working properly. I should expect to get a refund for the non available time that I have paid for.

No racial diversity😖
I checked out your app. I don’t think I’ll download and use it. It saddens me the complete lack of racial diversity depicted in your app. Even the little characters are ALL white as are all the member pictures. It seems impossible unless it’s deliberate. I may be white. It I don’t want to see only white around me.

This new version is very user unfriendly, both the app and the website. Why are all the stats metric? I know you have enough American users to need both. Lots of glitches on the app. I have issues signing in.
