This used to be a great weather application. Since a recent "Upgrade" generic and free apps are as good or better. Don't know what happened, but it's an unfortunate loss.

Used to love ClassicWeather a lot but the latest update now doesn't provide sufficient forecasts further than 3 days in advance. Instead it keeps giving error forecast "Not available yet".

Many weather apps exist but very few are good. This one seemed to be a nice exception, until it refused to add more than three cities without $ka-ching$. It still pushes ads in your face. So, a mixed bag here.

I used to love ClassicWeather, but enough is enough. The constant nags and ads were few enough, but just now had to dismiss the same ad three times within 30 seconds. Uninstalling this app now. Bye.

Still using ClassicWeather after 3 years (after my initial review below).
BTW, the tying app, "Weather On", has since been discontinued.

In my testing and comparisons, I gave points for streamlined, clear interfaces and discounted points for cluttered and "bloated" interfaces.
The 2 finalists were *this* app and the "Weather On" app. This "Classic Weather" app has the quickest, clearest, and most streamlined interface. I've noticed the developer here is responsive to user feedback and has recently made some slight adjustments to the interface - making ClassicWeather even better than before.
The other (Weather On) app will better suit your needs, if you need additional information on less commonly referenced weather variables. That app however, IMO, starts to approach a cluttered/confusing feel (with all the extra info).

I’ve tried several weather apps and end up scrolling and tapping and scrolling some more to get the info I want. With Classic Weather, the temp, % chance of rain, wind speed, and amount of sunshine (I got the premium version) are all together in one place. It’s perfect to check before going out for a bike ride or other outdoor activity.

This is my everyday weather app. I went through about ten and of all of them I chose this one for everyday quick weather check and another one for certain details. It is very easy to read and the main reason I love ClassicWeather so much (it's uniqueness) is the fact that you can choose 3 times a day to see, at a glance, the temperatures and if it was going to rain or shine. I don't really have the patience to scroll down all those hours to see what the weather is going to be at certain times during one day. On ClassicWeather, you have three icons every day and that says it all. You can choose the times: mine are 8am, 1pm and 6pm. Beautiful and fast!

This is the very best weather app I have ever seen! Been using it for years. I wish there was a pc version. I love everything about ClassicWeather. No ads, no clutter ...just the info you need.p ...logically displayed. Also allows choosing numerous cities to compare. I have family spread around the world and easily compare all of their cities' weather.

Where is the key so we know what all the symbols mean? For instance there are two little rings in bottom right corner, when you tape on them one disappears, what is this for? Then there are two different arrow symbols I figure one is for wind direction and knots, but the other in top right? Please send link for explanation of symbols! Thank you!

This weather app always tells me the right weather that's going to be for that day although you don't want to check the weather in a week in advance bc it will most likely be wrong but that's the only wrong thing about it everything else is amazing!!!😊😊😘👍😉😍
