This is the worst app ever. They claim they’re fluent in English then when you get your order than there English is all over the place . Then when you place another order with somebody else they don’t even answer your question. That if you seen a reading for a tarot card and coffee up they would say oh we can’t do colored coffee cups which makes no since. when you report this for the third time they person who ever is doing online chat help will lie on you and say you requested a refund and we’re not going to give you one when I never requested a refund again all I did was reported this is a scam and they’re trying to scam you out of your money ! They also don’t answer your questions at all if you go to support they might give you a refund but only coins not your money back and they will tell you next time only ask one question or they did answer your question when they didn’t . I have this app multiple chances this is the last time I will be on this app if you want an real reading go to psychic book

Save your money. There are better apps out there.
Reader didn’t answer any of my questions clearly, and purposely didn’t respond until my time ran out when I asked follow up questions. And, the response was confirming they were still connected. I contacted support, and they declined to refund or credit me. I waited thinking the reader was putting my answer together. If the readers are legit, why would I think otherwise? If readers are legit, that timer option would only need to be used when the reading is done and you still have credits to save for another time. There are better apps on the market.

I really enjoyed this app I have a few favorite readers that I know are genuine and good and I had some unfortunate readings by some not so good readers heck I’ve spent credits on a reader that didn’t even respond to me at all! I was like okay I guess I’ll deal considering how it was spent on the free credit wheel that I loved and I deeply miss . I’ll hold onto this app for now but I’ll be deleting if the wheel doesn’t come back that was the best part of this app and the few awesome readers on here I really like 😣 would’ve loved to have given a 5 star but I can’t right now
