Only person who paid my fare at Forest Hills

Why are you raising fares when you let so many people on without paying? Fix this problem.

Good idea but clumsy implementation

I like the idea of MBTASeeSay, but you have to go through too many steps looking for things that may be non-obvious for use in an emergency situation, especially if you need to use it without being obviously focused on your phone for a long time.

Lit

Transit did not make contact with the two individuals who are loitering on the Clarendon St of Back Bay station. This is a safety concern, Will contact BPD

No longer working

MBTASeeSay worked well until recently, telling me the email I’ve used for the past 20 years is not valid. Couldn’t report an unruly passenger on the orange line this morning...

They don’t respond

I reported an unsafe person on the train and didn’t get a response. They are just wasting everyone’s time and money

Useless

Absolutely nothing happens as a result of any report filed. MBTASeeSay is to give the illusion that the T cares, which they do not. There’s zero police presence on vehicles and in stations and no enforcement of mask mandates.

Driver wouldn’t let me board train!!

Some of Your MBTA subway drivers are horrible!!!!!

Seesay

I like the concept but application is far from what it should be. It seems that Well more than 60% of subway system has no cell or texting available. If this is for quicker response but you can't communicate immediately then how does this help people in need.
I give this a 2 1/2 with much room for improvement... It is an ok start, though, just not thought out, yet.

Maybe it works?

I have sent a few messages in, unsure if they were resolved or not.

I recently sent a message choosing the “comment or complaint” option and was messaged back saying to use the website. I don’t understand why there would be a comment option if it leads to nowhere.

Great app!

I first used MBTASeeSay when a suspicious character approached me at an ATM at a train station. They responded immediately, and you were texting right with the officers, you could send pictures, too, which i was too slow to make use of... But next time I'll make better use of this service. I feel safer knowing i can really get a meaningful, quick response from the T police.

Thank you for an App that is useful, easy to use, builds confidence

Finally someone has thought of an App that will enable people to look out for each other! I know the Police cannot be everywhere and it's nice to know that people can contribute if they wish. I love my silly game Apps but an App that is useful and boosts safety and security is what we need in this day and age. Commuting in Boston has just improved... at no cost to us.... way to go MBTA!!!

Immediate contact to police!

Great app that allows immediate contact with MBTA police discreetly when needed. Powerful to let riders share what they see.

I saw. I said.

Great app to promote public safety.

Nice App

Great idea. So far I have used it just to check alerts and news, but I like the fact that I could report a crime in real time with a picture to help the police catch the perp. It could also be used to alert T authorities to an emergency situation, medical or otherwise.

Awesome. Timely too.

Looks great. Easy to use - test was a snap. Immediately got notice my trip was going to be delayed. Nice to see the anonymous report capability and the flash turned off automatically. Finally have a reporting tool in case of emergency that I feel comfortable using. Thanks.

Easy to use. Great app

This is a very easy to use app and allows me to feel I have more of a voice in the safety and information on the T. the updates save me time that I would be frustrated about if I didn't know what's happening. Thanks.

Outstanding!

This is such a great app! SUPER simple to use, really intuitive interface. I'm always on the train and having MBTASeeSay in my hands makes me feel a lot safer, especially when I'm riding home late at night! Thank you!

Only thing needed!

MBTASeeSay is great. Helping crack down on the crack heads. Tee hee. Only thing i'd change is the screen when MBTASeeSay first opens. That big badge is pretty visible and if you get caught with it opening, look out for fists. Otherwise, it's great!

Feeling safer

Kudos to MBTA police for being so responsive.

Awesome app

I filed a report (with 'anonymous' turned off) and in less than a minute a T police officer called me.

I love the 'be on the lookout' alerts...seems like we all can be part of making the city safer with MBTASeeSay!
