Contact Relax with Andrew Johnson Support

Help! I am not getting any into and have an echo on the tracks that is very distracting. Also still wondering if you have any help for tinnitus! Thanks guys! Love ya! I will put my stars back when I know you have seen this. ❤️ I'm so happy to be able to put all these stars back up there where they belong. Dr. Johnson's guided meditations have helped me with so many things. I no longer grind my teeth, I'm drinking more water, and am resting more soundly. Michael Schneider has developed all the Relax apps so well, but the Plus app is definitely my favorite. I can choose three meditations that I feel I need and loop them as for as long as I need. Just wish he could do something about tinnitus, as I've had it my whole life. The app works beautifully, especially when I set to airplane mode so I'm not interrupted. Many thanks to these two great guys. I hope to be sleeping with Andrew and Michael for many years to come, nudge nudge wink wink.

My previous review was from a few years ago. I did not realize the last app update was two years ago, but a NEW problem I’m experiencing today, in July 2019, is that every time my phone screen goes dark, or if I put the app in the background, playback stops/pauses altogether. I’m also frustrated in general that instead of updating existing apps, the company has decided to charge for a brand new app every year or so. Old apps that I’ve paid for don’t get updated; go buy the new one! No thanks. I love Andrew’s voice and cadence, but an app that stops every three minutes when the screen goes dark is useless to me.

I enjoyed using this app for several months. Then it stopped playing the entire program or even a complete hypnosis session. I deleted the app and reinstalled only to find that my in app purchases were missing. I found a way to download them but in selecting download the app stalled out. Now, I don’t have any of the functionality I paid for. I send an email to feedback in app and am writing this review hoping for a resolution. Otherwise I love this app and use it daily. Andrew is great at what he does. His voice is splendid. Hope my issue gets resolved.
