App started out good as I had no issues, great rate and clear service…. Then the issues started. No call would go through, I deleted and downloaded again, same issue. I contacted them and they said it was a known glitch and should be fixed now. I downloaded again and now it doesn’t recognize the international dial codes I have stored. The same codes I used over and over again. When I punch in the digits it gets to a point where it starts adding numbers and won’t let me delete them! I have deleted and downloaded again and again and getting the same issue! Time to contact them again!

Just bought an unlimited plan for $5,99 month. I downloaded KeepCallingInternational and cannot login. I can however login from the web site no problem. Now I have to waste my time and dispute the charge with my credit company because KeepCallingInternational does not work. There is no number for customer support either. Also I cannot find any local access number because their web site doesn’t work. Total trash. Do not waste your time or money with this.

I am a customer of your for over few months now and did not have any major issues till now. But since 2 weeks I am having connection issues. I tried to make an international call and I received the message “It seems your internet connection is not strong enough. Do you want to call offline?”, even after having a very strong internet signals. And when accept the off line call, it says, “ Your authentication failed, Goodbye.” Somebody has to look into this issue.

I used to buy international calling cards, but they seem to have gone scarce, so I tried KeepCallingInternational on its good reviews; I’m not disappointed!
I’ve made a series of calls to the UK, and am impressed by the speed of connection, call clarity, and how inexpensive they were.
Also, I had a need to call customer service, in Atlanta GA, and they picked up quickly, and answered my enquiry with good old Southern grace!
KeepCallingInternational is fairly intuitive to use on my elderly iPhone 6, and I like the ability of KeepCallingInternational to not need WiFi, dialling an in-state access number to route my call through (offline calling feature).
So far, so good!
I’ve given a four star rating for now, but I’ll probably bump that to a five, after I’ve driven it a little longer.

I call my mom very often and I am so pleased with this application. I am using the fast dialing and she responds right away!!! The other feature of Keep Calling is that KeepCallingInternational is so friendly to use it. It shows your balance after every single call.
I call to my mom to Peru from my IPhone to her non smart cellphone. she lives in the Andes which is a very high location near the highest Peruvian glaciar, Huascaran. Even though the high altitud the signal and the sound are fenomenal.
The Price per minute is very cheap and I am saving a lot if I compare to the company I used to use before.
I highly recommend this application those people who want to save a lot of many in international calls.

I have been using KeepCallingInternational for awhile, now here from the USA I can call my family in Brazil any time, of course the quality of signal depends of your internet connection, unlimited calls for a small fraction of $. KeepCallingInternational has been improved a lot since I started to use in 2015. Big thumbs up for you guys!

Usually dont write reviews, but KeepCallingInternational is surprisingly good, clear voice quality. Just PINless feature take little time to setup, as you have to call access number and enter pin the first time, then is activated. Hope could be more clear on instructions

The calls are usually choppy, perhaps it’s the connection quality on the other end; many times there is interference and you can hear other calls.
The value is good compared to other carriers; recommended for short calls.

It’s a great app, I use it to stay in touch with family abroad that aren’t so on board with technology. Only problem I have with it is that adding credit isn’t straight forward at all which makes no sense to me.

I’ve been using KeepCalling for a couple of years now, and have never had any problems with service or quality. Because I call Europe and South Africa frequently, where internet calling is not reliable, KC is a great workaround. The reasonable cost is a plus too!

Thank you so much for allowing me to talk with my loved ones who have no access to internet or don’t know how to use it! Keep up the great service you’re providing us with, this is the only way I can get in touch with my bedridden mom who’s in a nursing home overseas.

I use this service on my iPhone to call overseas and it had never failed me. The call quality is great and the pass is really easy to use.

I have my number set to my overseas number so it is easily recognized by those I call. The one thing I'm waiting on is for the number I set for calling to show up when I text.

We are using the service while living in Austria. United States which is one cent a minute is usually our place in the world we call the most. We found that our connections are very good and if on those few occasions they’re not we simply recall that solves the problem. Highly recommend the service!

Long gone are the days of going to the store to buy phone cards for Europe. Long gone are the days of dialing 500 numbers and messing up a few digits, having to start all over again. Long gone are the days of Skype and Viber. My grandmother has a difficult time with internet, and those types of apps in general. Even when I do call, the service seems to be lacking. KeepCallingInternational is phenomenal! The adding of funds is so convenient, and I love that I can call my Grandma’s home phone and speak to her. I just press a button, and we’re in touch. She’s as happy as can be, and this is very modern and very convenient. Prices are very reasonable. THANK YOU!

KeepCallingInternational totally amazes me - I’ve hardly ever found a product where quality vs price is this outstanding. My international calls have had higher sound quality than I’ve had on a landline, the price beats any other option i‘ve used and it’s easy to use. Highly recommend it!!

So I needed to make calls almost everyday (out of the country) and I decided to get their monthly plan of less than $5 unlimited call to any of the 15 countries they listed. Thankfully the country I had to call to was listed and it was amazing. You need to have wifi to make the calls! Other than that, canceling was also really easy. I just had to shoot them an email. Yes I HIGHLY recommend!

I was using a different app and I actually tried to add more $ to my account but their costumer service is awful. I couldn’t get in touch. I looked online and came across KeepCallingInternational. I was very hesitant but I needed to call my mom in Argentina, so I went for it.
LOVE IT! The most impressive part for me is the quality of the sound! My mom is an elder woman who has trouble hearing, w last app I had to yell and still she couldn’t hear me.
I’m very pleased. And it’s SO easy to use!!! I do t have to dial 10 thousand numbers!!!!

First, I got KeepCallingInternational based on the positive reviews. I downloaded KeepCallingInternational on 5/10 and needed to purchase minutes. I tried using PayPal and had an issue. I switched payment method and used Apple and that went through immediately. I was making an international call within 2 minutes. The problem I had was PayPal and it showed a balance but KeepCallingInternational wasn't showing the minutes I purchased. I contacted their support and they responded promptly and looked into it. I showed them my proof of purchase and they honored it. That's good customer service! No hassle.

I use KeepCallingInternational because of Tawag Pinas (Philippines). I’m in a long distance relationship and sometimes I can’t reach my bf through apps that need wifi, so being able to call him directly on his local number there is a necessity. I’ve tried other similar services/apps and by far this has been the best. The clarity of the calls are great. You get clear answers if a phone is busy or out of coverage area, unlike other apps thay keep ringing and ringing. An even added bonus for me that I never got from the other places is the ability to send SMS (text messages). I greatly recommend KeepCallingInternational to those who need it. 👌🏼

Call quality is great and the rates are really good. I'm able to call home (Bermuda) without any call dropping or having to call any 1800 number. Wish I could pay through iTunes, but it took PayPal so I felt secure in payment method. Definitely would recommend.
