This game was such a disappointment. I had such high hopes for it as it was such an inventive take on history. When it got to the end though, it all felt like an elaborate set up for a bad Washington joke. There is no resolution, there is barely even a story here. It is like I am playing the first chapter of a book where it just establishes the characters and doesn't forward any kind of a plot. The stats are simply for decoration and half of the choices don't even affect the story. It took more time to download it than to play it. If you are looking for a good choice game, this is not it.
Couldn't force myself to finish this mind numbing piece of trash. There is barely any story and very little actual choices that matter.
This thing is so short and pointless that multiple playthroughs can be completed in an hour. I went through the game 3 times in 1 episode of Bar Rescue.
Great idea but that's about it.
Waste of money. Way to short! And the options or lack there of basically force you into making certain decisions.
It seems like an interesting story but it's too short and feel rushed. It takes me at least 10 minutes to complete this game unlike the other games which I need at least an hour to finish.
Literally took me about ten minutes to complete
Seemed like it was just getting started and was pretty well written then just abruptly ended.
If I had paid for this I would have been angry. I didn’t get to do ANY magic. And WTH does it ask what shirt color you are wearing?
Has ZERO bearing on the game. I’ve played other games in “series” and they are also super short. Need to step it up and or not even ask for .99 cents. Insulting
It kind of plops you right into the middle of things without much explanation and ends way too quickly.
I think it is really sexist that this is one of the few role playing game that doesn't give u the option to be a female!!! It is stupid. Other than that the game is cool.
This story was a mix of things I loved (articulate writing style, interesting premise) and things I did not love (very brief, gives the impression of a distinctly two-sided conflict with absolutely no variations). It's a mildly interesting short story, or a great chapter 1 without a book behind it.
They need to add more to it
Thrilling enough, good gameplay. Like it!
It is quite a bit of fun, but much too short! Add some more please!
more magicka!
Should be longer but also very easy to tell how your choice will go out
Another great addition to the hosted games family. A little short but in sure updates may fix this.
Could be better if they added more things you could be but other than that it is a good app
The game is excellent, but it lacks length. Also, sometimes, the story skips, like on a mission in the game where you have to find George Washington. It doesn't say what Miranda did. But otherwise, a excellent game. Can't wait for the update!
I liked it but it leaves in a cliffhanger (my end at least) then says its part of a series. I'll certainly look into it as it was interesting.
And as others said
It was a bit a rushed.
Pretty short, but very interesting.
The writing is fantastic, and the characters feel more like living beings. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys the art of wordsmithing and storytelling!
