My service is rubbish buffering and freezing. My contract ended months ago and the cost is now too much. I want to cancel but I carnt get through to anybody who understands me in English. Please can someone who speaks English contact me and help me. The apps etc don't have cancel as an option. 939129727

“Altijd en overal toegang”. Ik heb nog zelden een video kunnen kijken, in een flits het openingsbeeld, dan heel snel dat de video niet gespeeld kan worden en vervolgens zwart beeld met een draaiend wieltje totdat ik m uitzet. Wel een een kwartier geprobeerd. Op de iphone doet de video het wel maar dat is zo klein

Ik woon tijdelijk in Amerika en het is fijn dat ik via de app het nieuws kan blijven volgen. Soms dan. Vooral het nieuws van 8 uur is bijna niet te doen. Dit laad zo langzaam dat het soms 3 tot 4 uur of meer duurt. Ik kijk dit rond 1 uur ‘s nachts Nederlandse tijd. Misschien wegens server onderhoud? Hoe dan ook waardeloos op deze manier.
