Help with app crashing/potential updates?
I have had the NQ Vault app for a long time and I love it. I plan on continuing using it for as long as I have a mobile cellular device. I recently just updated my iPhone XR to the current most recent update. However, my vault app has now started to crash. I can’t recall the last time it did this. It lets me import videos just fine, but as soon as I click the “import” button for pictures, it crashes out onto my home screen. Any one else experiencing this problem? Will there be a patch or update for this soon? In the meantime, could I uninstall and re-install the app on my phone while keeping all the content and my password the same??
For the most part this app has been on point. But here in the last month or so, it crashes when importing photos. Please do something about this ASAP. A lot of us rely on this app to keep photos safe. I’m giving you guys 4 stars, would’ve been 5 if this problem didn’t exist. But also I see no feedback from you guys letting us know anything, or even if you’ll know this problem exist. I’m giving you’ll 30 more days to resolve and then I’m deleting. Thanks in advance.
Go another route
I’ve had a premium membership since day one and everything was good until recently. The app was giving me issues so I tried reinstalling it. It wasn’t allowing me to login to recover my account because it said my password was incorrect. When I tried doing “forgot password” and every time I put my email in it said my account didn’t exist. I’ve tried contact the company via email and it’s been 4 days without response despite the fact they advertise they have 24/7 customer support. I’ve tried looking their phone number up online and all the contact info is deactivated. Needless to say alllll my sensitive photos and videos are gone now and I have no way to recover them. I’d expect more from a company found in the Apple App Store!
What’s going on?! HELP
I’ve been happily using this app for over two years and all of the sudden it crashes after the iOS update. I have so many pictures and videos in there that I’m anxious about losing. I deleted the ap and then reinstalled it in the hopes that would fix the issue but now I can’t even log back in. There’s is no clear support email only a “give us your feedback link”. Please advise your premium users what’s going on.
I WANT MY PICTURES BACK!
So I’ve been using this app for about 5 months to hide my wedding dress pictures and I recently got a new phone so I had to download everything over again, anyways so I signed into my account and all of my pictures were gone! Shouldn’t they have been saved on the app??? Or am I missing something, I thought by having the account it would keep my photos on there no matter what device I used to access my account! Now I don’t have any of my wedding dress pictures which were really important to me! Tell me there is a way to fix this!
Good but not good now
I used this app on and off for the past few years and worked perfectly fine. However, in the past week or so I’ve ran into an issue importing photos onto it now. Videos work and get transferred perfectly fine; when I go to import photos, I select them and hit the “import” button, but the app just crashes. I tried opening a new folder, but the same problem occurred. Please update
Awful. Terrible. Useless.
So many issues with this app: 1) It crashes whenever you try to import any new pictures into your vault, making it utterly useless. 2) When you export pictures from your vault back to your iPhone’s photo album, the original date/time info is lost, which makes the photo(s) show up out of place chronologically. 3) The interface is cluttered with intrusive ads, making it annoying to use. 4) There hasn’t been a new version or any bugs fixes in over a year. Maybe the developers have given up on it. Users should follow suit and avoid this app like the plague.
It does its job.
Nothing more Nothing less I am so grateful that it allows me to redownload the photos. It’s very easy to use if you simply want to store photos and videos. The social sharing photos part of the app is not wanted or necessary, but ultimately does not bother me. I don’t have the premium feature but I am very happy. The app does what it says it will do.
Can’t recover my Photos or videos
I’ve been using this ad says they three when I downloaded it it was good everything until my phone got wet so I went to premium and uploaded all my photos and videos and then switch my phone when I try to login it won’t let me login saying that my account was not found I try to contact this ad but it gives me a number from mother country I try sending them a email is been the week and I having get an answer for them so I believe that I’ll be losing all my photos and my videos that I have in my previous phone
Do you still provide support for this app? I have bee using this app for few years and is working very good, but since last few days when I try to import photo to the vault, it suddenly shuts down without showing any error. Could you please check the error and fix the bug.
THIS APP STEALS $$$$
I just got the app and paid for the premium. I tried saving photos and videos in the app but after I select the pictures or videos the app force closes. I tired going to the app support but I can’t even open the website to get help on what might be wrong. PLEASE HELP. other mid just like a refund. UPDATE*** I haven’t even gotten the app fixed. No one responds. And I paid for the premium version. I honestly would like to have a refund cause I can’t even save my photos on the app. Every time I try, the app force closes on me ! This app just stole my money !
Unable to import, need to fix the issue
Since after upgrade the app, unable to import photos or videos, getting crashes, developer need to fix the issues else this app is waste. But before this upgrade this was an fantastic app with 5 star rating…one the best free app so far among other apps
Help! Photo Permissions
I just uogrades to the XS Max and am having trouble saving photos from my vault to my phone. Even though I granted photo access permission when I installed Vault, when trying to save a photos I am getting the error message that it does not have permission to access my photos on the phone. When I got to Settings>Privacy>Photos, the Vault is not listed an an app that has been granted permission even though I gave it permission at the in-app prompt. So how do I get my phone/app in sync so that I can save my photos?
Can’t import pictures anymore
In the beginning I loved this app I was able to import pictures and videos now all of a sudden I can’t import pictures anymore just videos has anyone else ever had this problem and if so what did you have to do to resolve the issue?
Cloud backup doesn’t work
I have tried several times to backup my photos and videos and it keeps crapping out on me and then wants to start over each time. I bar 9 GB and it takes hours and I have tried at different locations with high speed WiFi. Other than that it’s a good app. I’m giving it a low rating because I feel this is an incredibly important feature and I’m now considering using something else.
