Vault - Hide photos & videos Reviews

I’ve loved Vault up until recently. Now, every time I go to launch Vault , it crashes before it begins to load. It basically flashes on my screen and goes away. It doesn’t even show up in my open apps. I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max. Before, I was using iPhone 11 plus and it worked fine on that device.

I tried Vault support and it goes to open a page in the browser and it just remains blank. Nothing is even trying to load. Please fix this so that I can get access to my photos and videos. I’ll change my review once I get access to my stuff.

I just got Vault and paid for the premium. I tried saving photos and videos in Vault but after I select the pictures or videos Vault force closes. I tired going to Vault support but I can’t even open the website to get help on what might be wrong. PLEASE HELP. other mid just like a refund.

UPDATE*** I haven’t even gotten Vault fixed. No one responds. And I paid for the premium version. I honestly would like to have a refund cause I can’t even save my photos on Vault . Every time I try, Vault force closes on me ! Vault just stole my money !

I’ve had a premium membership since day one and everything was good until recently. Vault was giving me issues so I tried reinstalling it. It wasn’t allowing me to login to recover my account because it said my password was incorrect. When I tried doing “forgot password” and every time I put my email in it said my account didn’t exist. I’ve tried contact the company via email and it’s been 4 days without response despite the fact they advertise they have 24/7 customer support. I’ve tried looking their phone number up online and all the contact info is deactivated. Needless to say alllll my sensitive photos and videos are gone now and I have no way to recover them. I’d expect more from a company found in the Apple App Store!

I’ve been using this ad says they three when I downloaded it it was good everything until my phone got wet so I went to premium and uploaded all my photos and videos and then switch my phone when I try to login it won’t let me login saying that my account was not found I try to contact this ad but it gives me a number from mother country I try sending them a email is been the week and I having get an answer for them so I believe that I’ll be losing all my photos and my videos that I have in my previous phone

I used Vault for many years & recently could no gain access to my videos & pictures I had saved. Forced to go premium to try to resolve the issue with a prayer only to ultimately fail. I upgraded after months of trying to get this company to help via email. As I retired to retrieve my saved Vids & Pic. This company downloaded the same 5 or so pics I’ve 4,000 times. As if a slap in the face waiting this long for help wasn’t enough.. I suggest you use other online options to save your important Vids & Pics. It is not worth trusting in this company. In the end you “will” be disappointed

So many issues with Vault:
1) It crashes whenever you try to import any new pictures into your this app, making it utterly useless.
2) When you export pictures from your this app back to your iPhone’s photo album, the original date/time info is lost, which makes the photo(s) show up out of place chronologically.
3) The interface is cluttered with intrusive ads, making it annoying to use.
4) There hasn’t been a new version or any bugs fixes in over a year. Maybe the developers have given up on it. Users should follow suit and avoid Vault like the plague.

I have made every attempt of sending messages & emails about the issue that I’m not getting the use of my service. For over 2 yrs I have been paying 9.99 every 3 months for premium but not getting premium service. I cannot store any videos, pictures or messages. I cannot do anything without Vault prompting me to upgrade to premium. Even if I choose the option I get the error message that I’m currently a customer of premium. Can someone please assist me, the only reason I have not deleted Vault is because I do not want to loose my pictures & videos that I do have stored.

I’m mad at Vault because every time you change your phone you loose everything this is my second time loosing all my photos , it’s not safe to use Vault especially if you have photos you uploaded and deleted on your phone if your phone is stolen or you decided to upgrade kiss everything goodbye , there is no one to talk to about it no customer service no reply to feed no reply to review NOTHING IF I COULD GIVE THEM Zero star I would because I have lost 3 years of photos that were important while I’m paying money yearly to make sure those photos are kept safely not happy at all so not use Vault PERIOD.

So I’ve been using Vault for about 5 months to hide my wedding dress pictures and I recently got a new phone so I had to download everything over again, anyways so I signed into my account and all of my pictures were gone! Shouldn’t they have been saved on Vault ??? Or am I missing something, I thought by having the account it would keep my photos on there no matter what device I used to access my account! Now I don’t have any of my wedding dress pictures which were really important to me! Tell me there is a way to fix this!

Vault came in pretty handy from time to time when i needed somewhere to store some photos but as time went on my app got progressively worse. It all worked great at the beginning but then my first non fixable issue that i had was that every time i tried to import a photo Vault would crash. So after that point i couldn’t import a single photo. Another issue i have now is that Vault won’t open and doesn’t stay on longer than 1 second before it crashes. I have offloaded Vault several times and tried several different fixes in order to get it to work but nothing has worked. Overall it was a pretty neat app at this stage i can’t even use it

Vault worked perfectly the first 3 years. However for the past 2 years the Premium account has not worked. They’re has been no backing up of data and I constantly get an error message when i sign j to my account. No one has answered a single email in almost 2 years. I cannot get any help!! Your items will be held hostage while you pay for services you do not receive. Even when working properly the upload process shows your items in backwards order. Use an app where you don’t have to chase the developer, who appears to be in China.

Do not forget your password or you’ll be locked out for good. There was a day the sound wasn’t working, so I tried restoring Vault and couldn’t remember my password to log back in. The link to reset the password is broken and there’s no customer service to reach for support. Besides this the this app is great! I love how it will automatically delete any photo or video from your phone after storing them. Just don’t get locked out or they’ll be gone for good.

My this app had been crashing recently. I had files about 10 GB but unfortunately i lost it when i deleted Vault and i didn’t have a backup as well. Later, after looking in Vault for several hours i found out what was the real problem of Vault for crashing like that. It was themes. If you change your default theme to a new theme(i am talking about some themes not all of them), Vault is going to crash next time you try to open it.
So please never try to change your default theme.

I have tried several times to backup my photos and videos and it keeps crapping out on me and then wants to start over each time. I bar 9 GB and it takes hours and I have tried at different locations with high speed WiFi. Other than that it’s a good app. I’m giving it a low rating because I feel this is an incredibly important feature and I’m now considering using something else.

I’ve been happily using Vault for over two years and all of the sudden it crashes after the iOS update. I have so many pictures and videos in there that I’m anxious about losing. I deleted the ap and then reinstalled it in the hopes that would fix the issue but now I can’t even log back in. There’s is no clear support email only a “give us your feedback link”. Please advise your premium users what’s going on.

I used Vault on and off for the past few years and worked perfectly fine. However, in the past week or so I’ve ran into an issue importing photos onto it now. Videos work and get transferred perfectly fine; when I go to import photos, I select them and hit the “import” button, but Vault just crashes. I tried opening a new folder, but the same problem occurred. Please update

I am so grateful that it allows me to redownload the photos. It’s very easy to use if you simply want to store photos and videos. The social sharing photos part of Vault is not wanted or necessary, but ultimately does not bother me. I don’t have the premium feature but I am very happy. Vault does what it says it will do.

For the most part Vault has been on point. But here in the last month or so, it crashes when importing photos. Please do something about this ASAP. A lot of us rely on Vault to keep photos safe. I’m giving you guys 4 stars, would’ve been 5 if this problem didn’t exist. But also I see no feedback from you guys letting us know anything, or even if you’ll know this problem exist. I’m giving you’ll 30 more days to resolve and then I’m deleting. Thanks in advance.

Been using Vault for several years and for me there’s been no problem until today. Now when I try to import photos from my recent album Vault shuts down. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13.6 beta which I suspect may be causing this. Anyone else experience this?

Do you still provide support for Vault?
I have bee using Vault for few years and is working very good, but since last few days when I try to import photo to the this app, it suddenly shuts down without showing any error.
Could you please check the error and fix the bug.

I just uogrades to the XS Max and am having trouble saving photos from my this app to my phone. Even though I granted photo access permission when I installed this app, when trying to save a photos I am getting the error message that it does not have permission to access my photos on the phone. When I got to Settings>Privacy>Photos, the this app is not listed an an app that has been granted permission even though I gave it permission at the in-app prompt. So how do I get my phone/app in sync so that I can save my photos?

In the beginning I loved Vault I was able to import pictures and videos now all of a sudden I can’t import pictures anymore just videos has anyone else ever had this problem and if so what did you have to do to resolve the issue?

I have had the NQ this app app for a long time and I love it. I plan on continuing using it for as long as I have a mobile cellular device.

I recently just updated my iPhone XR to the current most recent update. However, my this app app has now started to crash. I can’t recall the last time it did this. It lets me import videos just fine, but as soon as I click the “import” button for pictures, it crashes out onto my home screen.

Any one else experiencing this problem? Will there be a patch or update for this soon? In the meantime, could I uninstall and re-install Vault on my phone while keeping all the content and my password the same??

Since after upgrade Vault , unable to import photos or videos, getting crashes, developer need to fix the issues else Vault is waste.
But before this upgrade this was an fantastic app with 5 star rating…one the best free app so far among other apps
