I’ve had a premium membership since day one and everything was good until recently. The app was giving me issues so I tried reinstalling it. It wasn’t allowing me to login to recover my account because it said my password was incorrect. When I tried doing “forgot password” and every time I put my email in it said my account didn’t exist. I’ve tried contact the company via email and it’s been 4 days without response despite the fact they advertise they have 24/7 customer support. I’ve tried looking their phone number up online and all the contact info is deactivated. Needless to say alllll my sensitive photos and videos are gone now and I have no way to recover them. I’d expect more from a company found in the Apple App Store!

I used this app for many years & recently could no gain access to my videos & pictures I had saved. Forced to go premium to try to resolve the issue with a prayer only to ultimately fail. I upgraded after months of trying to get this company to help via email. As I retired to retrieve my saved Vids & Pic. This company downloaded the same 5 or so pics I’ve 4,000 times. As if a slap in the face waiting this long for help wasn’t enough.. I suggest you use other online options to save your important Vids & Pics. It is not worth trusting in this company. In the end you “will” be disappointed

I have made every attempt of sending messages & emails about the issue that I’m not getting the use of my service. For over 2 yrs I have been paying 9.99 every 3 months for premium but not getting premium service. I cannot store any videos, pictures or messages. I cannot do anything without the app prompting me to upgrade to premium. Even if I choose the option I get the error message that I’m currently a customer of premium. Can someone please assist me, the only reason I have not deleted this app is because I do not want to loose my pictures & videos that I do have stored.
