SolarAlert is incredible! Having this kind of information is these complex uncertain time in which we now live , here you can learn what’s truly happening with our Sun . There are so many variables within SolarAlert itself that are fantastic. From actual readings of any and everything you want to know , to articles written about what has happened in our suns past. Fascinating Reads. One is able to view The ISS LIVE. I refer to SolarAlert everyday. I very much appreciate receiving warnings of imminent events as well as reading about events happening now with our Sun as it prepares to enter a Solar Maximum Stage - and what that involves for Earth. As well as for our current way of Life.

SolarAlert is working again! wonderful. i really appreciate SolarAlert - the presentation is excellent compared to websites. I use this regularly for health reasons so it is a handy app to have not only for electronics and spotting northern lights but for those of us with fatigue. I can’t give 5 stars because they are so difficult to reach for customer support. their website has lots of information and an email address but no live links for help and no reply back to repeated attempts to email. i am maintaining my subscription because it really is a great app. ironically they just need improved communication between customer an developer.

Nice app, with solid information. The alerts are nice and the map of solar impact is okay. I’d like to see a bit easier to navigate layout with better, more detailed links to information. It took me a bit to get used to where everything was at but after that it has been smooth sailing. I would recommend SolarAlert for those interested in solar activity and being able to monitor behaviors of electronics and humans from solar events.

SolarAlert has been working just fine until lately. Each time I try to launch SolarAlert , it starts the process and then shuts down back to the icon. I recently updated to iOS 11, but not sure if this is the reason

App is now working again. I enjoy SolarAlert and appreciate it’s timely alerts and information. If one is interested in knowing in advance of solar activity, SolarAlert is THE one to get.

From learning how to protect yourself against solar storms to an aliens-eye view of our nearby solar system included our beloved Mother Earth, the MOST Beautiful, transmitted live from the ISS!

Before SolarAlert I didn’t have any real awareness of what our Sun is really up too.

It’s always in the background updating quietly. Really reliable and great for fast alerts and forecast information. Always my initial go-to for solar data - and I’ve tried quite a few other apps that have claimed great things and delivered a bunch of NASA pics that anyone could get online. Love SolarAlert!

I really like SolarAlert for my own knowledge but also for my husband. He’s a Ham radio operator and if I get any alerts, I give him a heads up and he unplugs his equipment. Also since he’s become more aware, he made some Faraday containers to put them in. It’s good practice for protecting expensive equipment

SolarAlert has lots of different items to look at and things to learn from. I also like how it warns of upcoming events with potential side effects. I enjoy the different views of the sun, but really wish there was something that explained the purpose behind each of those views, such as what that particular filter makes clearer.

SolarAlert is GREAT! It protects my family and me from harmful surges of solar radiation, both on the ground and in the air. I can also track ISS and watch as it passes after sunset. There’s also all sorts of Prepper advice revolving around power outages and EMPs. Get SolarAlert if you prep. You won’t be sorry.

I like SolarAlert a lot. It’s probably the successor to SolarAlert I had before which was done by the NASA Heliosscience Department. This one fits right in!

I’ve come across. I’m so glad I purchased this one.

There is so much clutter and activity in the screens it's very distracting. Please make it a user option to get rid of the "effects". I'd prefer a vanilla version I can easily see everything.
Overall though I like what SolarAlert does and what it conveys. It's just overly distracting with the backgrounds and effects

The solar alert worked beautifully until the last apple system update a 2 weeks ago. Now SolarAlert rarely can be opened. Its very frustrating. I have become accustomed to using it daily and miss its information. Please fix this important issue. Thank you.

The NOAH people were visiting to discuss the coming Cascadia quake and tsunami and the related radio warning system. I asked if it would warn us about big CMEs that might be emitted. He said no! Not his problem! Typical civil “service”.

One of the few places that you can get timely notice of solar events potentially impacting Earth. A must have for Emergency Preparedness. A bargain at twice the price!

Constantly updated and always accurate

I receive emails from other apps about changes in space weather faster than SolarAlert.
SolarAlert is hard to share between my devices.
