Reserved a car but it wasn’t at the specified location (or anywhere nearby). Couldn’t get logged into the app to change to another car so now we’re stranded. Not possible to get through to customer service on the phone (line disconnected from hold). Even the email submission on their website wasn’t working. Really looking forward to sorting out the mistaken charge that will inevitably end up on my credit card.

Use this service at your own risk. I would recommend using competitors. They will charge you unfair fees and when they do they don’t respond to any requests and threaten to send debt collectors. Just google them you’ll find countless horror stories.

Terrible UX.
Get rid of shake to talk.
Include map of car location in sensible spot.
Super slow to load. Intro videos are annoying and kill speed.
Where is cancel reservation?
