Ordered on line for pick up. Ordering was easy process. Arrived to find no bread bowls ( they were out) ordered beef stew just for the garlic top bread bowl. Looked like mushy dog food, no flavor. Also ordered chili that was out as well. Would have been helpful to know about these items being out ahead so could have ordered differently. 3 dinners wasted.

BoudinBakery stopped working since the iOS update a few months ago. Once u open BoudinBakery it pops up on screen and went away almost immediately. Latest app update as 7 months ago. Can the tech team look into this? Very annoying as I have to go to the webpage to look up everything now.

I tried to use a gift card and a credit card to pay but it kept saying the total amount must equal the sum of the order. It did! Then I tried putting my other gift card in instead and it listed both cards as old cards so neither would work. So frustrating.

I ordered two orders yesterday and was disappointed with both my orders my Cesar salad with chicken is alway my go to, chicken was extremely fatty. I was given ranch dressing instead of Cesar dressing, I wasn’t given a roll that is included. Both salads I got lettuce was brown and come to find out my credit card was charged twice for my first order.

Months later, still the same: Got a new phone and BoudinBakery won't let me login. When I try to reset my password, it says I can't. When I try to create a new account, it says the email is used. When I try to contact someone, they ignore me.
I guess they just don't want my business. I'm happy to oblige.

BoudinBakery is clunky and outdated. I can not associate a recent purchase from my receipt with BoudinBakery. I ordered at the kiosk, and it didn’t recognize my account through my phone number. It also required my email address, which is ridiculous when only a phone number should be needed. So I printed the receipt, thinking I could associate it with BoudinBakery to earn points. I discovered this isn’t possible. Terrible user experience.

BoudinBakery is not at all intuitive. The button says “buy now” when it means “add to basket”. There is also no way to update payment methods w/o having an order in place. Add to that, if you’ve started an order there is no way to add rewards. Please fix this and make it more user friendly.

I ordered the family meal with two full sandwiches and two soups with bread and cookies on a Wednesday afternoon using BoudinBakery . It wasn’t ready at the pick up time and the girl was very slow packing it up – I wasn’t sure if she was waiting for something but it turns out she wasn’t. What I got was a chicken salad sandwich that took about three bites to eat half of it because there was no filling in it but lots of lettuce – very disappointed. The soup was good, the cookies were good, the other turkey cranberry sandwich was OK but again lotsa lettuce and hardly any filling. Now I remember why I don’t come here -expensive for not that much food.

BoudinBakery is very easy to use. However anytime I have rewards it always tells me that they’re not valid so I have multiple rewards listed but when I add them to my order and try to check out I have to remove them to be able to check out which is pretty frustrating. It looks like the only way I can redeem the reward is when I order in person.

My first time using app and ever visiting Boudin. Did not receive two of the items that I ordered. I called the store and left a VM and also wrote them through their app. I have never heard from them to rectify the situation. Too bad because the food that I did receive was very good but I’m not willing to be paying for things and not receive them. Bad first impression Boudin.

I love the food and almost never get to have it. I ordered special and my husband drove to get it. It’s cold and rainy so we ordered soup and salad. My tomato soup did not come with the croutons and cheese which really makes it perfect. There was also no bread for my monthly reward which meant our sourdough dreams were a little crushed. I ordered on BoudinBakery . There really is no excuse for wrong orders. Disappointed but still tasty.

Thae app cannot take two type of payment. Foe ex. Gift card and credit card. It shows the total amount to process but while processing it says total should be equal to the order amount🤷🏻‍♀️ if you chant it to one method of payment BoudinBakery processes the transaction.

Adding items to your cart is straightforward, but the payment process is cumbersome. The site lacks Apple Pay support and prohibits pasting credit card numbers.

Ordered food on BoudinBakery and was easy.
Picked up food but given the wrong food.
I was working and did not have time to go back so I called and asked for a refund. They said they would process it without asking who I was. Jasmine said you gave me your name to which I replied that I only gave you my first name (which is pretty common name and spelled different ways-Laurie) and the order i was given was for another Lori. I proceeded to give her my order number and jasmine said I would see a standard day refund. What??? What does that mean? Apparently it takes 7 days to get refund and because she sounded rushed and perturbed, I don’t think she wrote down my order number, So this other Lori may get a refund I instead but now I will need to wait a week before knowing. So myself (Laurie) and another lady (Lori) got the wrong food with no help from Fremont Boudin location. Disappointed to say the least!

I love fresh sourdough that I get at Boudin. My favorite sandwich is the BLTA (BLT with Avocado). The sourdough toasts up super crunchy. I tried an over priced cookie and found it just ok. Save you dessert cravings Fr somewhere else.

BoudinBakery works well would just like for the ability to redeem rewards, it always says it’s not able to do it even when i have rewards available.

Boudin in Orange County kills it in my opinion. I order from the Irvine location at least once a week and always impressed with how fast they make my meal with quality ingredients. I also tend to pick up a fresh loaf of bread to have for the week. BoudinBakery works super smoothly and is a real blessing during busy work days. Thanks for what you do!

BoudinBakery works well for me. I even had them make a change to it because their patty melts did not have an option to withhold onions. They fixed that issue pretty quickly and made me happy. I haven’t been able to figure out where your favorite orders that I have saved go though so it’s not as intuitive as I would like. Also I would like to see an Apple Pay option added to BoudinBakery . Other than that it’s pretty good and a fast way to order and pickup food. The delivery part is a little off though as it always defaults to handing the order to someone and there is no way to change this.

5 stars for BoudinBakery itself but their employee’s service left much to be desired. When we arrived at the requested time the next day for pick up, they could not find my order! After showing them my receipt, they said it was not ready and come back in 30 minutes! No apologies … NOTHING! Don’t bother to call them on the phone either - I left a message on their answering machine and NOBODY called me back so I ordered through BoudinBakery instead.

The Vacaville store was amazing. I was an hour late for a pickup and Malia offered a solution that I didn’t expect. I really appreciate her care and concern about our health safety as customers. It’s not often you see great customer care and it’s not often that I write reviews..but I had to in this case..feeling well cared for. Great job Vacaville, Boudin for having associates that look out for your customers like Malia! You have a long time customer now because of her service!! Thank you Malia for your care and doing what was right and not settling with what was easy!!
