The only thing and I mean the only thing I liked about my job was logging in and getting the notification on my watch to approve the login.
I’d hit that button and feel like a super spy ready to take on the day.
You guys do some upgrade a few weeks ago and at first I could hit approve and nothing would happen. Now I just get a notification and no way to approve it. So I have to actually pick up my phone to hit the button. Sure, this is a first world problem, but it was all I had! It was all I lived for! Hitting approve on my watch that is a attached to my arm is so much easier than trying to find the last place I put my phone.
As you can see from other reviewers is that it’s a very important feature to have and without it there is no reason to live. With covid going on it’s the little things in life and this was my little thing I treasured.

It’s required by my college to login to Microsoft services like email and one drive, and it’s just awful. Everyone’s infuriated with OneLoginProtect and the extra steps required to get to our email. OneLoginProtect also requires a non jailbroken phone and I can’t find a way around it. Not even my bank app cares that my phones jailbroken, why does one login protect have the audacity to say it jeopardizes security. No one cares about stealing my one time passcode to login to my email 🙄
I hate being forced to use an app I have no idea about origin, or intention.

MFA is definitely a good thing to have, but convenience is a huge part of it. You really need to add Apple Watch support. I’ve been using Duo for over a year now and have loved being able to verify my MFA on my watch without having to get my phone out. The organization I work for is moving away from Duo to OneLogin and I was really hoping I could still use my watch for verification. I’m disappointed to find out that I can’t.

The latest version broke Apple Watch support again. I get the notification on my watch, but when I press Accept, nothing happens. I have to open my phone to accept. No upgrade goes unpunished.

There have been several times where I’ve sat down at my computer, and attempted to log in, only to realize my phone was nowhere near me. Being able to authenticate with Apple Watch would be incredible.

I used to love being able to validate the one login using my iWatch. Recently OneLoginProtect and all watch functionality left with an update — can you bring that back please? By far the best experience using the watch instead of the phone to accept validation requests. Please bring back iWatch functionality!!

I have to use this for my job, and while it was a pain to set up, it was easy to use once I got going. OneLoginProtect was working well, and then iOS 11 came and it no longer works. Please update soon as I can’t get into my work email!

I got it for my phone and my iPad and it made it impossible for my to access my account on both. There is no way to delete an account so I could get it only on my iPad and now everything is screwed. Terrible app with no thought or care put into the design. I will never get anything from these developers again.

My high school requires it and I have to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME to use anything connected to my email. I have been late to classes, meetings, and tests because of this horrible app. You have a “Remember me” option for computers and I always click it, then 5 minutes later it asks for it again. You guys just can’t do anything right.

About half the time, when I open OneLoginProtect , it’s stuck on the splash screen. End up having to force close and reopen. It does always get pass the splash screen right after a force close

It worked fine the first time I had to use it for my college login. After using it the first time it will not work. Since then it has updated and I thought that maybe it will work but it still will not. Don’t waste your time using this. If there is another option, use the other option!

OneLoginProtect states that Apple Watch is supported but there is no watch app and nowhere is there any info on how to activate the watch. So this is very misleading and a key missing function as getting ones phone out every time is a real nuisance

Awful, absolutely awful. I have to take extra steps to login every time on a pc and now I can’t even access my school email on my iPhone thanks to this piece of trash. If my school didn’t force us to use this, I never would.
