My son got sick and I contacted them PRIOR to the event. At that time they offered to exchange the ticket. I emailed them back and the ghosted me for the day then the next day came and the event happened. I then received an email my case was closed.I replied that they did not reply to me how could the case be closed then they said the event happened so I couldn’t exchange! They are thieves!!! Do not use!! Even when I purchased the tickets I never even received confirmation I had to show them proof that they charged my PayPal!!! Common thieves!!!

I was unable to make it to an event due to an unsafe situation at my workplace. I explained this to 4 separate Fever agents, as they are giving me the runaround and using automated replies. They will not refund or exchange my tickets. I asked, on compassionate grounds, if I could book for another date and time since they already had my money. They refused and sent me automated replies. I have asked numerous times to speak with someone, live, but no response. This has been an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience overall. There is a huge lack of customer service, lack of transparency and they treat the customer with no respect. I want my money back or at least a rebooking at no extra cost. It's despicable that this company keeps the customer's money and does not do anything to resolve a problem satisfactorily when it comes up. This company is a scam - do not waste your hard-earned dollars using it. Use a reputable organization to purchase tickets to events or contact the venues directly. I am so upset and disappointed with Fever!

Fever WILL NOT allow YOU to change the dates or times of your event or even cancel altogether. They require you to email your reason and then they decide if it's valid. They cancel your tickets and give you a voucher only. They also keep the fee they charge with every ticket purchase. IF you repurchase tickets to the exact same event, date, and seat price they charge an extra "booking fee". EVEN if you did all this within minutes of buying and canceling your old tickets. A multimillion-dollar company and they steal more money from you in extra fees even after their email states: "Your voucher is ready! It has the same value as your old purchase, which is now canceled. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time at no additional cost". "5. Make sure that the total amount to pay is correct. If you select the same number and type of tickets as in your old purchase, the total to pay should be 0". As a native English speaker, it sounds like it will be an easy ticket swap. Email representatives basically say "oh well". Obviously not written by native English speakers or written to deceive you. Aside from being poorly written, the customer service is zero help. The customer is always wrong with this company. Proceed with caution.

I will never use Fever app again and I highly discourage anyone from using it. Several months ago I purchased VIP tickets for the Van Gogh experience in Seattle for October 14, 2021. I logged into my Fever app last week since it’s getting close to the event, and I wanted to get location details. When I logged in, it suddenly showed that the event for the date I purchased was canceled. I got no email, no notification whatsoever in the last few months since I purchased the tickets notifying me of this, and I was charged for the tickets but never refunded. I sent messages through the Customer Service messaging system in the Fever app multiple times. Finally someone got back to me and said that they sent me an email when the event was canceled , which is untrue. I have the Fever email address saved in my contacts, and when I ordered the tickets bank in March, that email did not go to spam or junk. I went ahead and took the time to sift through all my trash and junk and spam email boxes and there is nothing from Fever. So I then messaged again and said that I would like the vouchers for a different date for the event which is what the person first told me after I reached out multiple times. I’ve gotten no response again and no refund. Unbelievable.

I bought VIP tickets for Van Gogh in Seattle 4 months ago and have not been able to find them. The event is the weekend before Thanksgiving. I have emailed twice over the last 4 weeks and have recieved no reply. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do not use this ticket service.

I purchased 2 tickets to an event. I received notification that the event changed dates due to COVID and that I needed to go onto the app and change my date. Email directed "it will ask for a new charge but don't worry you will not be charged." I was charged again. I called Fever and they offered to refund both sets of tickets. I received one refund but not the other. I called and they told me I needed to contact my bank since they did send me my money. I am friends with the manager of the bank and he confirmed I never received all my money back. I called back to Fever who insisted they sent my money back to me and would not be offering any additional refund. I called back again and was hung up on. Each time I call now the phone only rings, no one picks up

I was looking to change the date of my event and contacted support to see if it was possible. They advised me to request a cancellation of my original event and then I would receive a voucher worth the amount I paid for the tickets to apply to the preferred date. The voucher never appeared in my account and they are not responding to my emails to address the issue. I'll be contesting the entire charge through my credit card.

I purchased two tickets for the same event, same time and the tickets printed as two different times. I have tried repeatedly to contact Fever over the last 2 weeks and all I get is an auto-reply saying someone will contact me later. The last contact cc’d me on a message to another customer compromising both my data and theirs. I will file a protest with my MasterCard company but this outfit is either a scammer or grossly incompetent.

It‘s hard to evaluate Fever’s customer service because, in fact, Fever has no customer service. Ive tried multiple channels over days with no response. They boast “24x7” service but I’ve seen no evidence of it. All of my enquiries have been met with a standard message that my request is “being processed” but again, no evidence of it. I’m beginning to think this “company“ is completely fictional. Their twitter site no longer exists. Stay as far away from Fever as you can. Do NOT send them money! Its a scam.

On 3/2/21 I ordered 2 tickets for the VanGogh Experience in NYC, for 9/1/21 at 2PM. I never received them via email or mail or text. I paid using PayPal who resolved it by giving me a refund. I don't want a refund, I want my tickets! I have written to Fever 6 times in the last 2 weeks and only received one automated reply saying they'd get back to me, which they never did. I can't seem to find a way to reach them. Never again! (Friends we planned to go with got their tickets.)

How is this place still in business!!! I have tickets for Wednesday March 17 which I cannot attend since I was sent out of town from work and I’ve been sending messages since last Wednesday requesting the change of date and no one has replied. So dishonest they don’t have a chat or phone number to call anywhere on the app. This is plain retarded so now I’m probably gonna loose over 100 that I spent on this tickets and no one is responsible! Wtf?

Please get back to me. I have purchased tickets for Houston's Van Gogh event in Nov. 2021 I cannot see any tickets. Now when I try to go into my account nothing is there. OH MY GOD! I purchased tickets to Chopin open air concert on 6.02.21- the debit on my acct shows payment to fever Madrid for AUD$60. What was more disturbing is that they had my ‘registered’ email to an account holder that has my details but an email address I have never had or used. I have sent numerous messages to the ‘live’ chat & forms for contact but have received no response. Is this a scam? Or a govt interference/bungle? It's quite disturbing. On the live chat it registers to a ‘Ray’ with a user ID that I can provide

By restlessbee35

ITS A SCAM DO NOT BUY TICKETS

First, notice that all the good reviews are about the service, not about how wonderful the events are. That’s very important (because I’m pretty sure most of the events either don’t actually exist or they are put together very poorly). Second, my story and experience with fever is much the same as those who have given a similar rating. I bought tickets for two events MONTHS in advance. The week before the first one (the candlelight concert) I noticed that the dates on our tickets had changed to a later date. When I tried the “chat live” option, I got a message saying they were busy and then another saying to email my email to them so they could get back to me later. I asked for either the date on our tickets to be changed back to when we had originally booked or for a refund. When someone eventually got back to me, I was told they had to unexpectedly “postpone” the event. I asked for a refund of the tickets for that event as well as the Van Gogh event. I was told I would be receiving a refund and I’m waiting patiently for that to occur. Please look this app up on the Better Business Bureau, those reports say a lot of the same things. This app is a scam and I have no idea how it has such a high rating. It’s the Fyre festival all over again.

Repeat customer not returning

I've bought at least four event tickets recently and have really enjoyed this app. But last night around 6:30 EST the app was not working correctly. When I viewed my most recent purchase it said there was only one ticket. I was pretty upset because it was a purchase for my son the next day and I was worried that there would not be tickets left this late. I was confident that I had made a purchase of three but I continued to refresh the app and it continued to display only one. I even showed it to my I then purchased two additional tickets so our family could attend the planned event. Minutes later I returned to the app and it now stated 3 tickets on the original purchase and 2 on the second purchase. I reached out to the customer service line which responded that they do not issue refunds. To me this is a no brainer in customer service. If a customer is telling you the app you developed and regulate had an error which resulted in additional purchases the company should issue a refund. In addition this also to me seems like fraud. If I tell the user they only have one ticket they'll buy more and that increases my sales. Overall I'm not returning to this app, if this is how they operate fraudulently. Disgruntled to say the least.

By RaeS221

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE

I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. I got lured into a “Dining in the Dark” experience on Facebook. A couple days before the event, it was cancelled with no new date. I waited a few days then finally reached out and never got a reply back except for automated messages. I then got a notification that my case was closed even though I had not received a resolution as to whether or not I could get a refund or the new date. Finally I had to tell them I would dispute the charge with my bank before they replied that they don’t give any refunds. Period. Completely unreasonable considering they cancelled the event & without a new date how would I know I could attend? They offered me a “VIP” voucher. I can’t even use it for anything but the event I originally purchased soooo how is that at all helpful? I tried to use the live chat and no one ever got back to me. They have no phone number and if you look at their FB page, all of their comments are hidden. Sounds sus to me. I wish I had looked at these reviews and reviews on many other sites with people saying the same thing! To hear that I’m not the only one going through this just shows they either really don’t care about the consumer or it’s a SCAM! Save your money.
