I paid $41.13 for the Aegis on July 26 I have. yet to receive the paper I called Customer Service several times you can't understand the person you talking to. They are no help at All. It is time to bring Customer Service Back to the US.

Received Sunday paper on Monday, along with MondaY paper. Today, Tuesday, NO PAPER called around 8 am and said I wanted delivery now 1:30 no paper. I have found that saying you want a credit doesn't do any good as a credit never seems to materialize This kind of service is exactly what caused me to cancel the paper not long ago. I enjoy GETTING the paper but do not enjoy the angst when it doesn't arrive 914 Wilmington Avenue

I have been overcharged for several months. I did not become aware as I was not notified. Today I learned that I was being charge for two subscriptions. In April 2021 I signed up for digital service only because now I live out of state. I have been a Subscriber since 1974. When I signed up for a digital only subscription I agreed to an auto-payment. My bill was $6.00 or $ 7.00. In the meantime my subscription went to $ 16.96 then to 15.96,and 19.96, 27.96. I cannot believe that I was billed the correct amount and I want the overcharge refunded. My telephone number is 717 517 7492. Please respond promptly.

OUR HOME DELIVERY SERVICE OVER THE PAST YEAR HAS BEEN TERRIBLE. AT LEASE SEVERAL TIMES EACH MONTH WE DO NOT RECEIVE A SUNPAPER. I CALL SOME OF THE TIME AND RECEIVE A CREDIT ON MY BILL BUT I NEVER GET A CHANCE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON TO TELL THEM HOW BAD THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS AND IT IS NOT GETTING ANY BETTER. WE ARE ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM SOMETIMES WITH THE WASHINGTON POST DELIVERY BECAUSE I THINK THAT THEY MY BE DELIVERED BY THE SAME PERSON THAT DELIVERS THE BALTIMORE SUNPAPER. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICE. THANK YOU RONALD WASSERMAN 410-442-9996

I am a 60-year home delivery subscriber and I value The Sun, but in my experience, your Customer Service Department is bizarre. The most recent incident happened this morning when I called to question why my current bill has a charge of $67.56 for the June base subscription, whereas the May base subscription was $50.60. The reply was "It is a price increase." She then suggested that I ignore the bill and she will send me a new one. This seems to me an odd way to manage a business. I hope someone, preferably someone in Baltimore, can reply to this comment.

Wednesday May 10, 2023 is the last Sunpapers delivery we received. We did not receive the Aegis along with the Sunpapers on Friday May 12, 2023. I called the Customer Service number and I believe you are talking to someone in India, I reported not receiving our papers and asked for a refund for May 11-12th. I have not called the Customer Service number again to report the missing papers as most of the time you can't understand the person you are talking to and by the time you receive your bill, you are not sure if any refund has been applied. We asked neighbors in the block ahead of ours and they received papers. My question is, do we have a new delivery person who is just missing us? Why are we not getting delivery of the Sunpapers 7 days a week and the Aegis Paper on Wednesday and Friday? I would like to talk with a respresentative of the Sunpapers here in the United States as to why we are hit and miss on getting the papers we pay for. I do not want to see any billing after May 10 on our next bill until we receive the papers we are suppose to be receiving. If this problem is not resolved in the next few days we will be cancelling our subscription to the Sunpapers and the Aegis. It is very frustrating talking to your Customer Service people as their English is not to good and they have really no authority to help other then take your complaint. Hoping we can get this problem resolved quickly as I am wondering if anyone really reads these requests and responds. Kenneth and Kay Keetley

I often do not receive my paper. I call and am told that I will receive it by noon or by the end of the day. That NEVER happens. Multiple times I have requested that I speak to someone here in the US and am told that someone will call me within 24 to 48 hours. NEVER happens. Often, I go out and buy my own newspaper. I have been reading the Baltimore Sun since I was 8 years old and am now 73. I am really trying to support your paper but don't think I can continue. Are you able to solve this problem?

New format

Although I am told otherwise I find it hard to believe Sun staff read the app version. Large pictures make it take a long time to navigate. The NYT allows me at a glance to see all the important articles if the day and the decide which to read. Articles are repeated as you scroll. Why are sports considered top stories when there is a sports section? Why are there articles in the middle of the obituary section. I could go on and on. I have been told that fixes are in the works but I am believing this less and less. I am a long time user of the app who is seriously considering cancelling.

Their sound jams your tunes

You can’t read the digital version of the paper and listen to your music because - like a lot of news - they jam your music for advertisements. It’s a shame because I often refuse to read their often high quality content because I almost always listen to music when I read anything. Not giving up music because some dip@ coder somewhere tries to kill my music.

Waste of money

The app does not show the stories from today’s paper. It is just a small selection of stories that repeat in a loop, interspersed with multiple ads. There are constant pop up ads that aren’t easily dismissed. You cannot see today’s paper in it’s published format. One can imagine Tribune Media has created a substandard app on purpose to bury the news. Baltimore Brew and WaPo are better bets.
