I send money to my phone number. Only reason I am using TürkTelekom to buy packages with that money. I just sent some money twice (since first time it didn’t work out). Now, each time I refresh TürkTelekom and check my balance I get a different amount and it doesn’t allow me to buy a package. This should be the MOST BASIC functionality of TürkTelekom and I would expect it to be consistent. It should normally take me 30 secs or so but I am trying to buy a package for an hour now! Not being able to reach a customer representative makes it worse and I feel frustrated. This should be a billion dollar company. PLEASE get some better developers and have a working product for God’s sake!
The password is not sent. I tried many times, but the password is not sent, and even by dialing * 952 #, the password sent is not correct.
They are thieves , stealing our money without giving proper service and support! I can’t even reach 1mbit while I am paying for 16!
If i am a tourist and i need some services from my sim and I don’t speak Turkish

Stupid App that’s only in Turkish...A country that receives 20 million tourists a year and they don’t have the technical ability to add the English language...pathetic...

I don't think i ever hated a brand as much as i hate Turk Telekom. Worst service provider in Turkey, hands-down. They steal your money every month and now I'm stuck with them. Also, don't force update every single time!
Difficult to use for international customers
Why there is No English language and menu option in such well branded mobile company, how your bilingual customers will be able to use TürkTelekom ?! Is it only for Turkish people to buy and use ?!?!
Unfortunately, TürkTelekom works only half the time. It has serious connection problems and it also reverts some settings like touch ID authentication after a while without the user’s consent.
I can’t see my transactions history about depositing money and buying packages .
Why is there only one language support.? At least English language can be added.
Every time I open a page it asks me if I want to receive messages about campaigns, etc. Even if I press on “I’m not interested” it keeps asking. It’s annoying!
It’s good but haven’t any option for change language
I really like it, it’s makes things a lot easier than before but if you only add English language beside the Turkish because I’m learning Turkish now I don’t understand everything
