my package 119tl but i received 458tl bill why kindly explain

I send money to my phone number. Only reason I am using this app to buy packages with that money. I just sent some money twice (since first time it didn’t work out). Now, each time I refresh the app and check my balance I get a different amount and it doesn’t allow me to buy a package. This should be the MOST BASIC functionality of the app and I would expect it to be consistent. It should normally take me 30 secs or so but I am trying to buy a package for an hour now! Not being able to reach a customer representative makes it worse and I feel frustrated. This should be a billion dollar company. PLEASE get some better developers and have a working product for God’s sake!

Why there is No English language and menu option in such well branded mobile company, how your bilingual customers will be able to use the app ?! Is it only for Turkish people to buy and use ?!?!

Unfortunately, this app works only half the time. It has serious connection problems and it also reverts some settings like touch ID authentication after a while without the user’s consent.
