I'm running week weather app version 5.3. 501 on Pixel 2 running Android version 11. Pop-ups stopped working on the weather map but they still work on my wife's iPhone. Previously, you could click on any of the weather system circles and a description box would pop up with more detail on what the system is. I'm hoping you have some idea why it stopped working and if there's a way to get it back working. Thank you.

Refresh lags, wind direction often wrong.
When going from past to now to see where a storm is headed the radar is good but storms always just disappear into future track in the next clip.... the daily % chances change every 15-30mins example- partly cloudy 20% chance of rain. Then a pop up storm rolls through it jumps to 100% , but isn’t that part of the 20% chance. The chance is not supposed to be based on what it’s doing right that second but the likelihood of rain for that day.
20% still means there is a small chance of a little rain just not as much as 80%..
I don’t like your future cast it’s often incorrect or misleading.

Weather changes fast here and being a step ahead of it often aids you and sometimes saves you. This app when it works has a 60 minute lag on the Doppler radar. The forecasts are widely inaccurate. 80% of the time the radar doesn’t even work. Choose another weather app for your safety. An inbound severe storm can be upon you and this app will not display it.
This app drains battery

This app uses too much battery. Upon checking I found the app using 59% of battery power on my iPhone 10. For 4 minutes of screen time it used 21 hours and 43 minutes running in the background. Going to disable the app and see how it goes, if battery life improves, this app is gone!
