Jigsaw Puzzle Plus Reviews

Was my very favorite game app. The upgrade is awful, the pieces are difficult to move around, hate the sound effects. I don’t want to choose the number of pieces each time, just let me set it. One improvement is that it is now easier to remove a group when done. Otherwise the whole thing is much less pleasant to use, not relaxing at all. And I don’t need a little bell chime with every correct piece! Ugh.

I can see I’m not the only one to complain about missing pieces in a puzzle. There is absolutely nothing more frustrating! I was able to retrieve on that had an edge exposed at the bottom of the frame. I’m guessing that the missing ones are underneath the play mat. I hope you fix this, else I’m deleting.

I purchased JigsawPuzzlePlus several years ago and have enjoyed the way it works. I would have given it 5 stars. With the upgrade, the first question I’m asked when I opened the game is whether or not I want ads. I said no and the game would not open. I had to uninstall and reinstall and approve ads to get it to work at all. In the side tray, all the edge puzzle pieces are at the top so there’s no challenge there. It’s just a hot mess. Please revert to the original format. It wasn’t broken and your “improvements” have made it far less enjoyable to play.

Decline in functionality since I wrote this review. Ads are right next to the tray of pieces, and it's hard to avoid clicking an ad when trying to drag in a piece. That often takes you out of the game, and when you go back in it's messed up, sometimes having lost pieces or even wiping everything out. Very frustrating. Just lost everything when I had only 7 pieces of 260 left to place. It's a shame because the puzzles themselves are excellent, but I'm looking for a new app. The best jigsaws out there. The number of difficulty options and of different puzzles make this exceptional. Have never encountered a bug or a boring puzzle. Kudos to the developers.

There were several times I was missing pieces to the puzzles. One was from a purchased puzzle I bought. Now I had a boy 3/4 of a puzzle dove, I tapped on the ad with my big finger, and when I closed JigsawPuzzlePlus the puzzle was gone. I only have the pieces that need to go in to the puzzle and can't use any of the options. Where is the puzzle!

Like the versatility with the capacity to choose number of pieces and turn piece rotation on and off. Being able to add my own images is a great feature. Keep up the good work!

I wish I could give this jigsaw puzzle 5 stars, but ads for girls with huge butts are offensive. The puzzles are great with a huge variety of free puzzles. Puzzles are just hard enough to offer a challenge without being frustrating.

This is the best jigsaw puzzle I’ve found and I’m totally cool with the 5 second ads. 30 seconds is just too long. How about an option to pay a minimal amount to get rid of them?

It’s easy to import pictures to make them your own puzzles. I take screen shots, crop and size and position and have my own puzzles to work. Wish there were more background choices to make stark puzzles easier on the eyes. Otherwise great puzzle ap.

Sometimes the large part of the puzzle that has been put together just disappears. Today is the third time that has happened this month. I don't mean individual pieces but the better part of the puzzle! VERY FRUSTRATING!! Where does it go? I know how to find individual pieces.

I really enjoy doing these puzzles, but quite often I find that I cannot find a suitable background color on which to work. So for this reason, I think JigsawPuzzlePlus needs some improvement.

This is the Best jigsaw puzzle app I have found. It has a large variety of free puzzles with a small number of specialty puzzles that can be purchased for a small amount. I have used only the free puzzles for years & been very satisfied with the colors & variety.

I figured out the new interface and discovered where everything is and I’m pleased to say this is now the perfect puzzle app. I recommend purchasing the paid version. It’s seamless and so nice without the ads.

I may be missing something but I would love to see the completed puzzle picture without the lines. Other than that this is a great game. Lots of variety in the puzzles. Easy to use. I've never had the missing pieces problem.

I was looking for jigsaw puzzle that have option over 1,000 this have it there is option rotate pieces, show preview of picture of puzzle your working and music I love it

Great puzzle game. I love the puzzle that come with the game, but I also like the idea that I can use my own pictures. If I had to have a complaint I wish the pieces were a little bigger.

This is the best puzzle app for serious puzzlers! Don't waste your time looking any further. Lots of options to choose from. My favorite. Check it out!

Extensive lists of puzzles with many levels of skill levels. Easy to use, but also can enjoy the puzzles while working on them

Hey, those pieces are NOT missing—they ended up hidden. To return them to the puzzle, you need to click on “Return to Tray” which is under one full the options available on each puzzle. Sometimes the puzzle pieces are hiding under the column of pieces on the right.

I enjoy the puzzles especially some of the harder ones.

I like the Jigsaw Puzzle Plus upgrade in 2022. I like having all of the edge pieces at the top of the tray. But, has there been a tweak to put some on the bottom as well? I like seeing all of the puzzles within a category all at once. I’m glad I was able to get back to no ads since I had already purchased JigsawPuzzlePlus years ago. I love the variety of puzzles selections! I like the option to change the background color of the puzzle field. So, in spite of a few glitches with the upgrade that I experienced during the first day or so after the upgrade, I’m very pleased with JigsawPuzzlePlus . I play it on an iPad exclusively, btw. The only thing I would recommend is that there should be instructions on the options or a guide to how to navigate JigsawPuzzlePlus . For some people, it may be frustrating getting into or out of a puzzle, for example. Or, finding where the sound or flash options are. Thank you!

Update on April 1, 2023: I’m still enjoying Jigsaw Puzzle Plus. I have two requests, though. Is it possible to have captions on the photos? Also, is it possible to add a feature where a user can send a photo of the puzzle they just finished to someone and also to tweet it, too?
