It logged me out twice in last ten minutes.
It's good program but I always have a problem with capturing sentences or paragraphs it is not getting the paragraph completely in the frame it always lifted some words or text or have a text out of frame and because of that it's not translating wright but other things is perfect.
It looks like it’s the Portugal Portuguese. I’m interested in Brazilian Portuguese.
German <-------> English only. I am in a German clan who doesn't speak English. I use English ---> German most of the time. If I use very, very simple sentences like "Who wants Archers?" It's okay. Or, "Who needs Archers?". More complex sentences with more complicated syntax, like "Who wants a level 2 siege machine donation for clan war?" not so well. Oftentimes my clan members have no idea what I'm trying to say.
TranslatorPROMTOne is, however, very good at translating single words. The "library" utility is excellent. Especially when you store often used phrases in the "favorites" folder. I would buy TranslatorPROMTOne again, but I will most likely look for a different app with fewer translated languages. I think overall translation quality may suffer a bit with so many different languages to maintain.
Fast, easy to understand usage, but needs Vietnamese
For the most part, I like the new app. It is easy to use, however, I miss the ability to use the "return" button when entering something to be translated. For example, I would prefer to enter:
"I run"
"He runs"
on separate lines in the same request.
Instead, I must run all my sentences on the same line (I run, He runs), or do them separately.
It would also be helpful, when there are several choices for the same word, to have examples of when each word should be used.
Good to have it
I tried two or thee other "top rated" translation apps to translate a book I knowingly bought in Japanese. The company that released the series is not longer operational, so the North America company not long has rights to translate and release what is left in the series. The first two only allotted 5 translations per day unless you wanted to pay for the full versions. The translations were only ok and not worth paying for the full version. The third one wouldn't let me change the language at all! And when I read the reviews I wasn't the only one. The camera can be a little tricky in order to get everything highlighted but does a decent job. Played around a little bit and found out that if I did smaller sections at a time the translations were more complete. I highly recommend TranslatorPROMTOne over all the others that take pictures.
I like to work with it- you can see pronunciation, voice translation, some different meanings and history, that you are able to use for repeating and learning
Highly recommended .
The program works great and is more accurate than others I have tried.
As I am learning German language, I happen to personally evaluate different translators in terms of accuracy and user interface. I can surely say that this one ( powered by PROMT) comes really handy. I can be compare with Google translate and in some context this perform fast more better that Google translate. Thank you developers for making TranslatorPROMTOne free.
This translating tool is very helpful! It is a much closer approximation to the Russian language than Google translate. I have totally switched over and use this one hundred percent of the time.
Does what it's suppose to do!!!!! Google translate is a mess with bugs TranslatorPROMTOne works smooth and responsive keeping things simple is the best way.
I am an ESL teacher. I teach my students how to use translators on their phones by occasionally looking up words as I teach. Crucial differences with this translator:
- It gives complete translations, not just on or two commonly used words.
- It gives translations AND parts of speech.
- Multiple translations for each part of speech available.
There is a difference between OWN as a Verb - "I own a car", and OWN as an adjective, "That is my own car".
Look up OWN in your own translator - as a verb. Google or otherwise. You won't get it.
Of course it comes up with some strange translations sometimes but hey, it's free! And it is overall better than most of the other free translators I tried. A plus for me is that it translates large sections (average of 500 words) and has a nice "copy the translation" option so I can just go and paste the translation into a document; it helps streamline the project.
On a private experience checked up that translates from Russian on English Most authentically from all that is free and online.
It would be desirable updates of the application with possibility to select in settings accessible languages. For example, I go to France and 3 languages - рус, англ and франц for rapid access are necessary to me only.
Add still such function - at text copying, for example, in a safari and switching on this application that the text not only was interposed in the field for transfer, but also at once it was translated. And so, it turns out it is necessary to make 2 more cliques - in the field for input and the transfer button.
Well and generally it would be magnificent, if in the same case (in a safari and start of the translator) the application analyzed copying - if the English text, and transfer with рус on англ the translation direction changes automatically is interposed. As a result, transfer I see at once without my interference.
Also make in-app purchase for 1$ for advertizing shut-down.
There would be a paid version about an offline the translator to 5$ - would buy unambiguously.
Thanks for your works :)
It is grate to translate into Ukrainian! Thank you
I use it daily for my Russian.
Great translator! Using Russian to English.
The phrases are great too.
Although I wish I could click them and save into my history with ease.
I really like how it automatically pastes a copied text!
