LITERALLY THE WORST APP EVER. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!! When people are talking in another language they have to literally stop talking for a good 15 seconds for it to translate. There’s no button for it to stop and translate. I bought TalkTranslateTranslator to listen in on people talking around me but if people stay talking it won’t ever translate. I bought TalkTranslateTranslator and there was no button for my account to stop my subscription. 40$ wasted accidentally on this trash app. Scummy developers. I had to search like crazy for the email to stop the subscription. It shouldn’t even be worth that much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite the name of TalkTranslateTranslator being “Talk and Translate”, this feature is not available unless you subscribe. I have no problem with the developer being paid for their work, but wasting my time in violation of TalkTranslateTranslator Store rules of providing useful functionality reflects poorly. As far as I could tell, without paying all you get is text to text translation — a feature readily available from multiple sources for “free” (paid by advertising) such as Google Translate or Bing.

Disappointing.

I used TalkTranslateTranslator for a trip to Europe. I had a native Turkish speaker with me who reviewed the translations,And over 130 conversational attempts only FOUR were translated properly. Some were incomprehensible and seriously flawed. My friend said there’s no way a non-English speaking Turk would have understood what I meant via the translator. Google free translator did just as well, and better a few times. Definitely not worth paying for, which I did.

Also, when attempting to cancel the subscription there is no option to do so under settings. The entire experience was disappointing.

TalkTranslateTranslator works well except you need WiFi to use it. So in situations where you need it most - when you don’t have WiFi - you can’t use it. More importantly, I’m trying to cancel it before the free trial ends and there’s no way to do it. The faq’s are in italian because I’m in Italy, and there is no clear way to switch the language. they will charge me tomorrow and they claim to take 2 business days to respond to email requests, which is their only form of technical support. So only get it if you are willing to pay - it’s frustrating otherwise and probably in violation of federal regulations.

I wanted to try it and it made me pay just to know if not then instead just make TalkTranslateTranslator not free instead just when you go in TalkTranslateTranslator you don’t pay this is a waste of time and money I couldn’t barley use it and it might not work to cancel and also it’s just one week and that’s it it almost a lot of money just to keep paying after a month or something I don’t know I don’t like this very very bad can’t I just use it normally like what if I need it now I have to pay and there is no way to translate what people are saying a waste of my time

I work at the airport so I downloaded TalkTranslateTranslator to help with a passenger who spoke no English. The voice translator didn’t work at all, so was using the text. I thought perhaps because of it being a “free version”. Well, it’s not free, I was charged $76, not aware of that (call me clueless). Tried to use it again, the talk feature was jenky, wasn’t catching what I was saying. It was really frustrating trying to use it with a passenger. So I’m deleting TalkTranslateTranslator but I want to know how to remove it from my iTunes so it doesn’t charge my Apple Pay again in the future. Please respond and let me know how, pleas and thank you app developer people.

Have had TalkTranslateTranslator (purchased) for several months and was impressed with the ability to translate early on. Over the past month, it is harder and harder to access. It will not open half the time and when it does, it takes FOREVER to open and translate. I upgraded to the most recent version so not sure what the change is but it is frustrating after I paid for the entire year. I use TalkTranslateTranslator quite a bit as well.

TalkTranslateTranslator translates better than any other app for Hindi, but it has one really serious flaw: it does not filter out curse words. TalkTranslateTranslator translated “cuddle” to the f-word when I was talking about my cat and thankfully my husband, who is a native Hindi speaker, corrected the mistake for me. This should not happen and there should be a way to report issues to TalkTranslateTranslator developer, but there isn’t. They lose at least two stars, potentially three in my book for this major flaw.

The reason why I gave it four stars isn’t because it is not worthy or bad, because of the free trial. I kinda don’t like those but in TalkTranslateTranslator I guess it is understandable. Anyways, I really recommend this FREE app for people to use. There is ONE thing to remember though, it needs WiFi but I think that it is understandable because it is an excellent app to use! Sometimes I even use it to help me learn a few terms in other languages! Anyways , stay away from google translate and use TalkTranslateTranslator instead! About half of my staff are ESL (English as Second Language) this has made communication with them so much easier. I can tell they’re feeling a lot more confident in their jobs because they’re not second guessing what I’ve asked of them. I’m feeling at ease knowing they’re going to give me their best work. TalkTranslateTranslator is very nice! I really enjoy to use TalkTranslateTranslator . A problem is you have to pay to learn certain things and what i mean by that is i tried to type a longer word from Japanese to english but it said to pay for it. Honestly thats the only problem I have seen so far otherwise TalkTranslateTranslator is very nice you can choose from a female or a mans voice, you can make the voice go faster or slower, and it has other switches to adjust things. Overall very nice app!

An excellent translator, but if you want pin yin, it can not do that. Pin yin would be a nice option. The only use of this program, for me, is Mandarin to English and back. Also I have hearing problems so a slower tempo would help. Since I am learning Mandarin a rapid speech is of no use. I would be happy to pay for a program that would use these ideas, but I would want to pay up front and not on a periodic payment plan.

So I found TalkTranslateTranslator by add and I thought it was really cool that when the person talks it translates so I was like ok I will get it but I was disappointed because when I wanted to use the mic to test it it said I had to pay so developers plz reply to this and plz make that mic free and reply to me when you did it because if you have to pay for the mic idk why it should be called talk & translate

Very pleased with this program. Overall excellent program easy to use and extremely useful. English to Italian and Italian to English translations both written words and spoken, talk and listen translations are very good. One small point, it would be helpful if I could slowdown the audio translations in Italian a little although the audio is correct in the program for normal spoken Italian as native Italian speakers tend to talk quite fast.

I have tried several translation apps and so far, I really love this one the best. It is fast, the translations are fairly accurate and it is very easy to use. I'm going to try this with some of my non English speaking patients when the translator is late, which is quite often.

When I started to see these apps a few hours ago, I started to download it. This is like someone says something and the person who has TalkTranslateTranslator and doesn’t know whats someone saying it translates! This gives a 10/10! I can now write in Japanese and say it and sound it. This is amazing 🤩 😻! Thank you for making TalkTranslateTranslator. I am just 7 years old and I found TalkTranslateTranslator which is so fun to translate!

When traveling it’s difficult to try and speak another language. With TalkTranslateTranslator, no matter what language, you can speak or show the word to a native of the country, and they can understand for what you’re asking.
Very very useful.
PS Then they don’t laugh and laugh at you. Lol
Lol Plus you can find the bathroom in a hurry!!

So glad I’ve found TalkTranslateTranslator! I’m currently learning Hebrew with an interest in Spanish and German as well. TalkTranslateTranslator is Incredibly Helpful in translating words as well as phrases! You either speak, or type in what you want translated...and there it is! I love how you can instantly hear the translations spoken in the target language as well. I’ll be using TalkTranslateTranslator a lot! Thank you so much to the programmers!

I wanted to test this with a strong—and some would call strange—dialect to see if it could catch it and translate accurately. (Google almost never can.) So I used my Fränkisch dialect—even turned it up a notch, actually—and the translator caught literally every word but one, and that was most likely because the phrase “gehen wir” in Fränkisch is pronounced very similarly to the word “Gamer” and that’s what the translator guessed. Overall I’m super impressed.

This is excellent translation I would like to tell the whole world this is the easiest way to learn any language, get ready Joe this is especially for us so we can speak Italy, German, real Spanish from Spain, Chinese, Japanese, anything you want for this little money this is my little business that I’m running it’s only $50 for the year enjoy it

I was using TalkTranslateTranslator to help me with my college class, and it was able to help immensely with just what I could access for free. I was totally fine not being able to access the full app all I needed was it translating spoken words to written in the same language and it was super helpful for me as a college student, but the new update as out absolutely everything behind a paywall AND raised the price by about ten bucks as far as I can tell. So much for those great tool I was using.....

I really thought this would turn out good so I can learn but.... the language I need isn’t there.. I need to learn Armenian in 7 days and this was a waste of time... please add more languages please... thank you? Also TalkTranslateTranslator isn’t how it appears, on the ad it shows the girl clearly speaking, when I try it my voice is very clear, I NEVER stutter on a word unless it’s a younger twister. What comes out was : “Hello I am going to Armenia soon” then, what it hears “Hello eye am going to America soon” this really frustrated me.... please fix TalkTranslateTranslator! It’s not perfect!

Making each part understood might make it easier to remember. It’s a great resource but I still need to use other things searched to help see pronunciation. Memory devices and illustrations too could help?

I tried TalkTranslateTranslator today. I was looking for Latin, but it was not an option. So I decided on French. I started putting in words, then phrases, to complete sentences. It made me laugh because I am not used to hearing French. There are more languages which I will check out later. I gave it four stars because the only thing I found “wrong” with it is Latin or Greek are not among the offered languages.

I have a coworker who hardly speaks English and I’m sure this will help with the language barrier that we have between us I know I could just learn Spanish but it would take a lot longer and I would like to get to know him better as we are going to be working together.

It is helpful to both SEE and HEAR the translation at the same time! You can have the sentence repeated as many times as needed! Very easy to go from one language to another! ie Spanish to English then English to Spanish! Choose any of several languages!
