I use the Mac version, the Windows version and the iOS versions and none of them will sync. I've created 3 separate accounts and none of them will sync (thought the first one might be corrupted). Nothing I try will get them to sync, so what good is having multiple platforms if they don't sync. Tri... Show more ed submitting a service ticket on their website and it crashes every time, no matter which platform I use to submit the form. These folks are having problems, so stay away until you see updates that say they have the sync problem fixed. If you just need a single incident of Organize , it's pretty good and has some nice features, just terrible sync.

I have been a happy user of this app Pro for the last several years. The latest version, unfortunately, stresses form over substance. Visually beautiful, it provides inconsistent results when syncing across platforms (iOS to Windows). I was never a power user, so cannot comment on the more adva... Show more nced features for team collaboration, but if the data cannot be trusted, what is the sense? Multiple emails to customer service all went unanswered. I have deleted the program.

The iPad version of Organize is nice. However, the Mac desktop version is terrible, so the suite doesn't meet my needs.

I was hoping to upgrade from Things to a program that allowed more depth, nested projects and tasks, flexible timeline, etc. this app has those features and it is pretty... Show more easy to use, but the daily task list does not reliably tell you what needs to be done today. One could argue that is the fundamental reason for the program to exist!

On the desktop version, some tasks, particularly repeating ones, get "stuck" in their original review date and don't appear in today's review. Meanwhile, the iPad version DOES show today's tasks properly. The problem can't be fixed by synching. After cloud sync, the iPad is still correct and the desktop still wrong.

I've wasted too much time trying to get this to work, going back to Things, which is reliable, if not flashy.

If you are only using mobile devices, Organize is fine. But if you want an across-the-board business solution, keep looking.

I love OrganizePro. I was really hesitant to purchase this but I read the other reviews for this app (the free version) and decided that it might help me. I do a lot of projects professionally and personally and really needed something that could keep everything organized. OrganizePro does just ... Show more that...it keeps everything organized. I love that you can list your meetings, have projects with its subtasks, and view your notes for each tasks.
There are things that i wish could be different....1) I wish it would sync on it's own. I downloaded the Windows trial version and the sync function is complicated. I have Evernote on my iPad and desktop and it syncs after a certain amount of time. 2) I wish it would show the start and end date of a task. 3) Sometimes I when I delete the tasks from my trash or completed folders, Organize closes out and kicks me off. Otherwise, I love it.

I'm looking to purchase the Windows version but I am hesitant. Like I mentioned, I'm currently using the trial version but it runs slow. I'm not sure why its slow but if I am going to pay $30 for it, it better run a lot faster than it is. Even if the syncing is slow and cumbersome, i still like how I can access everything on all my devices.

I've tried many many PIMs and like this app BEST because it provides enough options to allow me to work how I want to work without having to hack my personal process. I use it on iPhone, iPad, and windows -- and particularly appreciate that all versions work the same so that I can seamlessly switc... Show more h between them.

Things to improve:

* Windows version crashes on startup EVERY TIME now. Some update changed something. This is a big big problem for me.
* Repeating tasks are cumbersome to use -- a time waster
* Note editor behaves unpredictably when cutting and pasting

I tried three different programs and found this one the most suitable for my needs.

I really like Organize to manage my busy life as a manager. It is more flexible and complete than any app I have found so far.
BUT
* It can be slow and stick for a moment or two.
* It has some drag and drop but not from project to project like it needs.

I still use it everyday till something better comes along (if they don't fix this one) But I hope this gets fine tuned and maybe other features are added as I would rater stick with this.

The day on the dark "Welcome" screen is always Monday and always has the same quote by Albert Einstein about staying with problems longer. When you try to submit a ticket in the support section it sends you into a frustrating loop and their doesn't seem to be a way to access the users group.

Works well and syncs across IOS and PC versions with cloud sync. Superbly suited for GTD methods, meaning its a complex app. Casual organizers may be easier to use, but if you really use GTD methods, this app Pro nails it.

If you only use a mobile device, you might pass on this app. It's a slow go only on iPad. You need a full computing platform to do the heavy lifting. Use the mobile device in support.

Organize is great one place to make notes, track todos and meeting agenda items and make them traceable tasks. Great email from almost any screen to communicate to people you need to get things done. After using all the other major task managers for several months each, they become bulky and unusable due to the high number of items I must track. This simply doesn't happen with this app Pro. All the program's features work flawlessly and it hasn't crashed or lost any data on sync. The only feat... I have purchased several task managers from Organize store looking for something I can use across my current equipment. This one works perfectly. I needed to have something I can use with my home PC (iMac), work laptop (Dell) and 2 different iPads (1 work, 1 personal). This application allowed... Show more me to add tasks and work from any device. The cloud sync works perfectly across all platforms.

I am in capital equipment sales and my tasks are project driven. Having Organize this app my tasks and sub tasks by project works great for me. Being able to work on multiple devices is a bonus, freeing me up to work anywhere.

The interface is clean and user friendly. Tasks lists and individual to do's can be assigned and emailed to your team and tracked for for follow up with the review date tools easily and quick.

Excellent app, purchase either version with confidence that it will work for you. Only complaint...it's a bit pricy and there isn't a deal for those of us who purchased all 3 versions of the software. (Mac, Windows and iPad)

I absolutely love Organize. If you take the time to set this up correctly it will do everything you need and more. I used the GTD method and I love that your tasks can have as many contexts as you need. Your task list tells the story of what you need to accomplish, where and with who. You can also... Show more push tasks to iCal or any calendar that syncs with iCal. I am using Week Cal. I have been trying to put it all together and I am now paperless.
You can add a task quickly to inbox and process it when you have time. There is plenty of space for notes as well.
I feel that if you are willing to take the time to understand the concept you will be very satisfied.
