Infinite loop

Whenever my Webex is closed I see pop up message that arkadin would like to open Webex. I can not access any app. I have to restart my iPad.
Lot's of work needed

The screen doesn't rotate and stuck in the wrong direction- if you want to see the screen in the right orientation, the volume buttons in iPad will be on the bottom side and cause problem if you are using a keyboard.
I also need to be able to click on the conference link (on emails or calendar entries) and go directly to the web conferencing using the app (like WebEx).
