I lost all my previous purchases

I have bought Hola Alta Costura, Hola Pret-a-Porte & Fashion since 2014, before this update I had access to all the magazines I’ve bought, but with this new version I cannot. I hit the option restore but it said It has nothing to restore.
Previously the purchases were tided to my Apple account.
Can someone help me to recover my purchases magazines?

I paid for and enjoyed numerous magazines over the past year. Recently, the app upgraded I lost access to all of my prior purchases. I sent an email seeking help but never received a response.
