Horrible customer service! They are dishonest and they don't keep their word. They advertise bonus material but won't deliver. Don't expect what you pay for because they are too cheap
This was OK for a month or so, but now it refuses to open. Just a splash screen for 20 seconds and then dies. I paid for a year and got two weeks. I want my money back. (it gets one star just so they don't think I forgot to rate it.)
BBCSkyatNightMagazine will tell you to get the free but trick you into a purchase. I'm so not pleased wanted to see what it was about instead I had to pay for it....
I have tried to buy issues and subscribe. Yes, the BBC app can take your money. But do not expect to actually receive a magazine to read. What have you people done? BBCSkyatNightMagazine does not function. I will spend no more time or money on this. I would suggest that no one waste their time or money. BBCSkyatNightMagazine "upgrade" is a complete failure. I subscribe to another BBC magazine, but I will not review that either.

I have purchased all past issues and special collection. Will not download. Have restarted, removed app, etc. nothing works - very frustrating. Happens on iPhone and ipad. Please fix.
Does not work with iOS 8.. Very frustrating since I can no longer read my magazine given I already paid for them...

I love the content of the magazine and BBCSkyatNightMagazine does work fine. I do not like the format of the magazine and I keep having problems downloading it so it is available online.
This magazine is the best resource for amateur astronomers. Each issue has several great articles as well as fair and honest equipment reviews. The DYI project descriptions are welcome bonuses. Sky At Night is what Sky and Telescope used to be before it became just a vehicle for advertising.
This is an excellent astronomy magazine for beginners. It provides valuable information on buying a quality telescope, star chart apps as well as a calendar of stargazing events.
BBCSkyatNightMagazine is very good. I have never experienced a problem with it. Contents are absolutely first class. Keep the good work.
