If you forget to remove show from your saved tab before it closes it’s their forever. Attempting to remove it will instead display an error

At its best it at least provided some basic show information. However, after more than one year, it still won't open. Just a circle going round-and-round indefinitely. On my iPad it works just fine, but for my iPhone and iPod it will just not open. Don't waste your time. As I later found out, there are many other Broadway theater apps out there which actually work and provide accurate and timely information.

I don’t live in NYC so Broadwaycom is basically worthless unless I plan a trip there. It would be nice to see touring musicals and the cities they are going to. Most apps that do have the city selection don’t show all musicals so I had really high hopes for Broadwaycom, but sadly it won’t work for me.

I went to see the phantom of the opera without knowing how to buy a ticket so I found Broadwaycom with good reviews. They charged me $99 for ticket and $37 for service and handling fee. If you buy online using the phantom of the opera official website, only $10 will be charged for service fee. AVOID Broadwaycom to do any purchase. It is a terrible experience.

Broadwaycom is easy enough to use, but there isn’t as much info. I found myself having to go to the website anyway to see age recommendations or further info on plays.

When I purchased tickets it took a long time to get an email (though no time at all to be charged). And Broadwaycom shows no purchase history.

For how big of a reputation Broadway has and the cost of tickets I expected a better app.

The site is helpful and the seat choice was good. However after you buy the ticket it added 50 bucks for EACH ticket. That’s a ridiculous additional charge, adding over 30 to 40% to the price of the ticket.

App is ok for choosing a show but it doesn’t store your tickets in Broadwaycom , so you aren’t able to put them in your phone wallet. I had to print my tickets at home. Who does that anymore? Very inconvenient.

Whenever I try and press the “More” button on the bottom right hand corner, Broadwaycom crashes.

Love everything about Broadwaycom except how come I can’t find a way to get the Buzz to post as notifications to my phone?????

I’m a teenage girl who lives in Nyc and loves musicals. I’ve had Broadwaycom for years and I’ve loved it. It’s really good for seeing what musicals you want to see. I don’t use Broadwaycom to by tickets because of the $50 handling fee PER TICKET. I use Broadwaycom to see broadway news and what shows to see. I then order the tickets on ticketmaster. I recommend Broadwaycom for people who want to see all the on and off broadway selections. Then I recommend you buy tickets on Ticketmaster because there fee is only $2.95.

As a musical lover, Broadwaycom is amazing. I just wish you could see the off broadway shows too like you can on the website😔

I love broadway! Broadwaycom is great! I think you should have an age rating for all of the shows and not just some of them.

As a Broadway actress myself, I think that this is the best site out there. It shares and art that we should never loose, theatre. And it’s displayed in this site in the best way possible.
