Had a big winner on piggy slots and never received my winnings.

My iPhone application has stopped responding. The progress bar when trying to load, does not move beyond the 3/4 of the loading process. I have been a long-time user of this app. I am running this app on an iPhone 14 max, using IOS 17 beta. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
