They have major connections problems, and even worse customer service. I’ve sent emails to complain about not being able to connect and they’ve never replied. Looking for a new option, and canceling my subscription soon.

I am paying for the subscription every month but each time I open VPNOneClick it tells me my subscription is expired since two years. I cannot use VPNOneClick although they are withdrawing my money every month!

Does not appear to be private. If sites detect using VPN do not think is worth using. I did not want to renew but was billed. Tried to cancel on the same day but was billed anyway. Also if try to get refund Apple problem is a loop taking back to where you start.

VPNOneClick upgraded and I was told when the upgrade didn’t work that they have a problem. However, after two weeks of asking how and when the problem would be resolved I was told to cancel VPNOneClick . Not very professional, in fact very unprofessional. I have used VPNOneClick for over 6 years and they simply ignored, or didn’t have the knowledge to correct the situation. This group consists of amateurs at best seeming to not need or have the time to solve the mistake they made in their upgrade. I can no longer recommend One Click. I found a much better solution. Should have cancelled immediately instead of believing their story.

I’ve used this for years connecting to Japanese VPN and all the sudden I cannot connect to it anymore. I tried to reach out to get support but server won’t connect. I tried reaching out to SNS but no help. Website no help. Unfortunately for me this subscription just renewed for an year in May but if I cannot connect to Japanese VPN in the near future will be cancelling my subscription and finding another service that is more reliable and has better customer support.

I have renewed this program at least twice and I am 100% satisfied with the capabilities and the privacy of this program.

I use an Apple iOS system and it did not automatically update my subscription this year so after a couple of days I went in to Apple App Store and bought the program again, now I have a bill for the old program for $10 plus the new program for $15 which is a separate issue.

My complaint is I have talked to the VPN customer support twice for 30 minutes each and they could not resolve my problem. (all I had to do was go to the correct screen and select one of six USA DNS servers.) It turns out that they changed their DNS directory and I now use a different process which they never ever ever ever mentioned or suggested to me.

Very lousy support.

I’ve had this VPN for years and have enjoyed until recently. Their support is only AI based and whatever you report is never fixed. They never reply. They used to have an email support that was fast, but now their support is
non existent. It’s been one month with connection issues with Italy VPNs with no solution or response. I will be contacting Apple for a refund because of the poor support.

I really liked VPNOneClick, I used the free trial. I tried to cancel the day before & they changed me anyway. It also said if you cancel early, you lose the remainder of your trial. I also put it on my laptop because I liked VPNOneClick . In most cases you need a email & password & can use the same service on both devices for the same charge. On the laptop it only asks for you to use an email address for a free trial. When that trial was over this company once again got into my PayPal & tried to charge me which also went to my bank account. There was no where to put any billing info & yet, they would’ve gotten money I didn’t authorize. I have been refunded by iTunes as well as fee reversals from PayPal & my bank. Good luck not losing money with these people. I hate it because the service was good. Not so good at the expense of taking money I didn’t authorize

I just went to pornhub, it bought me to another page to see the video, and on the last page it said “3 easy steps to get a VPN” and I’m not actually going to use this because I already have a VPN, but yeah this is the kind of app you see here.

I have been using VPNOneClick for over 10 years since the last update VPNOneClick is not working neither on the iPad or iPhone
If it isn't fixed very soon i will sadly leave an app i loved and enjoyed for many years

After the recent update VPNOneClick is just stuck on loading screen. Have been using VPNOneClick since 5 years no problem now can’t seem to get it working! Please fix it asap

As a loyal customer I feel inclined to say that this VPN app has been one of the most consistent and reliable VPN services that I have encountered in my professional experience. However, after noticing the relatively outdated UI I was able to contact the management and developers and request them to work on updating it. I am happy to confirm that they reached out to me and said they are in the process of reworking the UI. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE who is seeking a great, cheap and reliable VPN to use VPNOneClick!

The only VPN that provides Russian IP. Safe, fast, big choice of countries. Nice and professional customer service.

Please bring a faster connection and less disconnection for turning the iPhone off for a while.

Works fine and the few times I had problems (have been using it for 4 years now) they have an excellent customer service.
