It is not clear at all how to buy tickets
It only shows me the train route, but there is no way to purchase the ticket from there

The current location button doesn't work properly and the app hangs a lot.

They broke the app
I understand that they wanted a new look but the app now is extremely worse. The connections are all messed up. The having to click to make sure you are leaving from X station and not going to it make everything super confusing and not straight forward. I wish I could roll back
