Absolute worst company I’ve dealt with in the 18 years I’ve owned my restaurant. I’ve been waiting to hear back from my account manager for 5 months about why I’m being double charged every month. It took 2 WEEKS when I first signed up to get my credit card money deposited. They didn’t care and were hardly any help in fixing the issue. Printer is constantly showing error messages and when I chat with them they have no idea how to help. We have to google and research how to fix anything that goes wrong because if by chance you can get in touch with someone, they never know how to help.
If you ever have an issue with their product expect to not get a response. Customer service and my sales rep will not get back to me after emailing for close to a month. They are over billing me for my services even with a signed contract. Horrible company and truly have never had a worse experience with a company.
You can’t even sign up without getting an “unknown error occurred.” Cmon, how you going to create something that can’t even get passed the sign up page without an error occurring that it can’t even describe what the error cause was.
Today they push one update to fix credit card payment screen .... the issue never got fixed with the update
But there crappy fix broke functionality of adding tip amount pop up
So instead of fixing they broke existing functionality again
This is how they fix.......... full crap
Would not recommend this to anyone! Software has promise but does not fully deliver. Customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced!
I can't log in now. I was able to yesterday then I updated and now it doesn't work
Annoying app
This is so ridiculous.. LightspeedRestaurantPOSL doesn’t allow you to use any music in the background like Spotify, when we open LightspeedRestaurantPOSL the music stops playing!! This is ridiculous... fix it ASAP before I delete LightspeedRestaurantPOSL
Very nice free app. Few problems like they spelled Check wrong in the payment screen. It would be nice to be able to have a host version showing available tables and the current status of tables so you can sit people. It would also be nice to add the option to make your menu buttons rectangle instead of square all the time.
Highly customizable, easy to configure database, highly competitive pricing — but best of all, customer support.
We had a lot of questions and asked for a lot of hand holding during setup. I’m amazing by the service and support!
I’m also impressed that the software is being updated, and we’ve seen requested features actually implemented. With previous POSes, it felt like the “suggestion box” was attached to a shredder. Thank you for listening, Lightspeed!
