Constantly have to delete and reinstall the app.

Every day, every week I have a new issue and the advise is delete and reinstall. This app is pretty basic. I don’t understand why I constantly don’t have the ability to create tickets until I delete and reinstall. No response from ESS.
Not for the business world.

Multiple functions do not work how they should. Developers say they fixed the issue and to delete the application and then reinstall. Well, still no fix. Why our business continues to use this application is beyond me.
It probably works great on a flip phone.

This is so antiquated it’s not funny. Please either hire some developers and get this into the 21st century or close up shop and call it a day.
