I have so many issues with this software so I will write a separate review for each one.
For the first review, I will tell you I canceled my account in May/June 2024. In August 2024 they decided I didn't contact the merchant separately to cancel my account so they decided to charge me $40 a month No after I canceled. . Coincidentally, the phone number they provide listed on the bank statement charge was not even a valid number... even my bank rep couldn't identify who the charges were from!!
Finally, in February, someone was able to assist me at the bank, which prompted them to call me. They are telling me that I never specifically told DaySmart's so called 'partner' at Fiserv/CardConnect that i had an open merchant account that I wished to be canceled....?
I was instructed by Daysmart's staff the process to close my account which I completed 'as instructed' online.
Now I am being told that there's another step that should have been completed ...??? Why do they have customer support if they are not going to provide customer "accurate" information .
I am now being advised of my oversight???
I am taking a hit of almost $300 for their customer support lack of direction. Maybe they need to look at their own oversights..?
This has been a nightmare that just never ends !! Please... if you want a professional company that provides accurate tools and knowledgeable support this is not going to be the right fit for you .

These people are incompetent frauds and I highly suggest to not deal with this basic, dated software. Please Google real reviews and pay attention. The software lacks basic functions, it lags, and it continuously kicks you off or prompts you to sign in from a desktop to do the most simplest things that should be able to be done from the App.

Customer service is horrible! They have very long wait times- Usually greater than 30 minutes. If you are having an emergency no one is ever available. Since upgrading to the new version we've had so many problems, so much incompatibility. And now we have a monthly service charge of $9./smartphone just to allow all of our staff to see their schedules! A $59 a month customer service charge! So you pay $59 a month to be left on hold! I do not recommend this system to anyone! After spending thousands of dollars just to upgrade (a MANDATORY upgrade!) we are looking at other software to change to.
