Worst App

Purchased membership for 1 year in January 2020 and now it’s showing I don’t have access to any content. Tried restoring my purchase but it’s showing no purchase available... This is ridiculous.. fix the app and fix my membership ASAP...It’s showing subscription details in my App Store account... and says it will be renewed in Jan 2021... but I can’t access any content now...is this how this app works...get money and then stop services...

I wanted to give the free trial a go, but wanted to shut the auto renewal off right away so I would not get charged. There should be an option IN the app for you to manage your subscription.
On the high note, the kids love the stories and they were so excited when I got them more to read.
Make it easier to manage a subscription please 👌

Love this app. Wonderful for kids my daughter really loves it. One problem I have is that sometimes I am not able to open some of the stories that I am paying for. I feel so bad when my daughter is trying to open them and it’s staying that I’m not subscribed. I called apple to make sure that I am paying for it and it was confirmed. Even them was having difficulty helping me to get them working and couldn’t explain why. Nevertheless I love the app and I do think it’s wonderful for kids to learn.
