I want to set the timer to turn off the KQED app in 60 minutes on my iphone. But when I click the timer icon a large "window" opens (with the name of the program) that covers the timer icon. I can move the "window" down but it pops up again, covering the timer icon. How to set the timer?

How to fix KQED app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KQED app on iPhone
Update KQED app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KQED iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KQED on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KQED network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KQED Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KQED not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KQED App
1. On android, goto Settings » KQED » click [Force Stop]

Update KQED to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KQED App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KQED » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KQED.

Fix KQED unable to contact server/ KQED internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KQED » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KQED » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KQED
