I've beel locked out of my account since beginning of March. Totally frustrating. I've send requests to mail.com to unblock the account and reset my password for days on end now... No response. No email, no response. I've been using this service ever since it was called iName back in the mid 90's. Their support is really, really mediocre to say the least at this point. We have been down most of the day. I called ur support center at 10:00 AM this morning. They stated that th eproblem was at ur end. Status code I keep getting is 429 Too Many R?equests. Would rate 0 stars if possible since I don’t think this company even has and email service. I signed up for an email address and then instantly said I was locked out of my account and that I need to reply to the message regarding access, then the next day they emailed me and I got this message word for word “We have forwarded your request to unblock your account to our security department and it was determined that the account in question will remain blocked.
Please note that this is a decision made by our abuse department and we do not have further information we can provide to you.”
I didn’t even USE my email account at all because it was instantly blocked?!? What a joke. I’d stay far away from this company seeing as to they can lock you out of your own email forever at anytime and without reason and directly to your face tell you that you can’t ever use your email again. Pure insanity.

I’ve had this app for 3 years now and here are a few things that I wish would be updated:
1-replying from my ‘sent folder’ sends an email back to myself. When I’ve sent a customer an email and then remember one more thing I need to include in the message I’ll go into my sent file and hit reply. Most all other mail apps know that I don’t want to reply to myself but reply to the person I’m having a conversation with. With this app I type up a whole message and it sends it to myself and I have to do it again.
2- if I create an email and put it in my drafts, when I go back in to finish and send the email it always says “invalid email address” and I have to copy the whole message into another email and resend.
3- Can’t “search all” for a key word. When I put emails into folders and then need to do a search, I can only choose inbox, sent, or trash, etc. I’d like to search a key word in all of my folders at once.

Why do I even have this app? It seems with every update, it gets worse. And YES, reopening the app and rebooting my iPhone DOES NOTHING TO HELP. When I open the app, it loads less and less emails, each time I open it is less, until all I’m left with are the emails that immediately arrive in real time. Then, if I close it and come back, those are gone, too. I try the “search in server” option and it just goes round and round, but never does anything, not even retrieving the emails that I KNOW are there! It’s sad to say that I get more done by accessing my account through my internet browser than through the app that this account was specifically made for. So, why do I still have this app? Really good question, I’m wondering this myself 🤬 Perhaps I’m just holding out hope like a derp that the next update will clear these issues up. Not sure I will even stick around that long.
