I have been using the app to manage my accounts going on 5 years now since i opened my account with FCCU. This app went from pretty reliable and a stable way to check my accounts, to the most egregious headache to navigate and use i’ve ever been forced to use. Ever since it updated to the new design i’ve only been able to use the app successfully maybe 3 times. It hasn’t been signing me in using face id or my password and just saying ‘try again’. It frequently crashes when i attempt to send money, switch between tabs, open the app, or try to sign in. This app went from a pretty decent convenience to an active drain on my mentality whenever i have to do anything with it. It is by far the most unstable app i have ever used and it’s turned into an active inconvenience i dread to have to use when i need to send money off to pay bills or even check my account. —-
Shortly after i wrote this review i went to double check the app just in the off chance it miraculously started working. I can now no longer even sign in. Period. The app loads the ‘Hello —— Welcome back!’ And a box that says ‘Try Again’ that when you click, does a swirl and literally nothing else. The app is quite literally unusable for me anymore.

What in the world did you do to this app? Prior to the UI update, it was totally functional. It did what it needed to, at the base level, which is all I need from my banking app. It was kinda ugly yes, but it worked and that is what mattered.
The UI update made it pretty yes, but it has destroyed the ability to even look at my accounts. When I logged in for the first time, it worked fine. The second time, it doesn’t show anything in my accounts. It errors out when I try to open another page. The THIRD time I logged in, it doesn’t do anything at all. It says “Accounts” with an “OK” button under it. Uh, no NOT OK, I can’t even use the application for its #1 use. Terrible, I hope the devs fix this quick, and I hope whatever project manager was in charge of this understands that it’s better to ship a functional product late than to ship a half-baked one at all.

First of all - First CCU and their banking support staff have been wonderful for the years I’ve used them for business and personal banking needs. I have zero complaints with that part of their business. Their app though - what a disaster. Please fire or outsource whoever is developing this thing. Went from functional (but ugly which I don’t care about) to barely functional and slightly more glamorous. Please fix this thing so the functions advertised in the app actually work! Read the rest of these reviews! I need to be able to do mobile deposits, transfers, just log in even reliably!!
