Run your Chnl 13 app on smart phone.
Entirely tooo many un-necessary un-timed pop ups, some sort of count is displayed on app (found a way to delete - is by pressing app display then " home" button... count is reset) A COMPLETE BOTHERSOME NUISANCE AND NO SENSE AS TO WHY!!! When desiring to actually use your KOLD app, again format of sectional main topics is cluttered & again not necessary - too busy. Rather than cramming this juniors idea of junk down a throat AND not asking for customer input I have elected to just delete ALL KOLD apps, after being a member since Chnl 13 creating your original website//app. Thank you for your disloyal service.
WAY too many adds

Lately, come local casino’s add appears before the site opens. Then, if you’re lucky, you can open a news item of some sort (weather, traffic, etc). Do that & up pops some dumb game the app wants you to download.
If you want Ch 13’s news, enter Ch 13 Tucson into your browser, up pops a beautifully laid out news & weather site. Then add it to your iPad or iPhone . It’s far better than this useless app.
New version is such a disappointment

The app won’t load half the time, and when it does finally, I’m sent a five second ad. I even experienced two of the same ads in a row and couldn’t click off it for five seconds each. Also the layout is not user friendly. I am now primarily using News 4 Tucson app for news instead due to these issues.
