Great idea and very useful. One thing that I would add is an ability to choose to view either by individual or by company in both list and map mode. In a sales rep and would use this for scheduling sales call. The problem with individual names only is two fold.
1 - I may not recognize the individual's name, but would recognize the company name.
2 - I may have dozens of individual contacts at a given company, and would therefore have to scroll through many, many contacts to get to the next company.
Great app, but that change would make it much more useful for me personally.

Just installed today. It does take quite a while to initially geolocate the entire address book but appears to save all that info everything to make it lightning fast from there on. Best I've come across so far.
