Charged a fee to use my card in the store which led to my card being declined on the very first purchase, I had to use my other bank card to cover the transaction, once I left the store and I checked the statement and realized that I had been charged a fee just to use my card which resulted in my transaction being declined. After contacting support and stressing my opinion on how shady that is considering it says no fees they decided to put my money back and then proceeded to lock my account as of today December 16, 2021 the problem has not been solved and my account is still locked. I have decided to eat the money lost and leave this review for the second time this month because they decided to delete it not even a week ago if you don’t like what I have to say then please fix your policy and don’t lie to your customer.

Ive been using this bank since 2014 only cause my mother needed to be able to send me money while she was working. Ive never had an issue up until it comes to customer support. On multiple occasions i would send money to my sister in law on facebook and the money would get taken out of my account. Only for the payment to stay pending for months or get cancled outright. But i never get the money back... ive sent multiple dispute clams only for them to deem nothing went wrong with the payment despite all the screen shots and emails providing clear evidence that my payments were cancled and the money did not return. So yeah nice to know that they really value their customers.(this is sarcasm)

Tried activating my card did not work called customer service was told I was denied called again they said card was fine just needed activated then sent me to the automated phone line wich didn’t work to begin with so I called back went through the same process and got sent back to the automated phone line needless to say customer service is awful there is much better cards out there with better customer service I do not recommend this card at all
