New owners are ruining this app

After playing for many years and through many changes.. I'm about done with this game. Having the support team that saw fit to use third party apps to communicate with us, then decide that players using the same third party apps violates terms and agreements, only too then ban players because they didn't like feedback.
Well, I can't support any game that contradicts itself this badly.
More than that... Continued issues with servers and updates that have been promised for over 5 years. .
This game is dead.. Looking for something better.
Waste of Time and Money

Came back and played a world with my brother. This game has now become trash.
Everyone jumps multiple accounts. There are glitches to even ‘clone” accounts. They used to ban people over this but I guess they stopped because from the last world I played I noticed everyone doing it.
Looks like I will be in search of a new game again. The Devs aren’t doing anything but opening worlds at this point so I’d suggest finding a new game to invest your time and money in as this one hasn’t came out of its trashy abyss
Management and game software

Management from what I have seen so far is pretty bad and they get their feelings hurt pretty easily.. As for game software, there has always been bugs and there still hasn't been any kind of updates to help or reduce bugs. The game is fun and addicting but when management problems and game bugs start happening, it is pretty frustrating. Specially because hundreds of people actually buy gold in the game so when bugs do happen, management deals with it poorly. That's just how I personally see it.
