Contact Valor Legends Support

Not sure what is causing it, but I downloaded the game and it stayed stuck on verifying account. So I assumed it was my bad phone service at home. However, I tried with Wi-Fi and still no luck. So I deleted and reinstalled it hoping that would fix it. Still nothing. Got past the verifying account part to where it says tap to enter game, I tap and after about five minutes it says it again, never allowing me to play. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro which is more than enough to run the game. If I could actually play, I’d probably offer up a better rating. Unfortunately I can’t so I have to rate a 1 star, and that’s mostly for the nice art and ads for the game which is what caught my attention.

Awesome game at first very well balanced, memorable characters, leveling is well paced. But then you get to a point where you will make zero progress without spending money, no matter how many resources you collect while idle. You’d have to get extremely lucky rolls on the summons to get “S tier” heroes (which are a must to complete later campaign stages), and the drop rate is almost nonexistent for them, so forget about getting multiples of them to awaken them (also a must). That’s usually how these gacha games work, they’re great up until a certain point where you can no longer advance without paying.

This game had me hooked for quite a while. It’s so much fun starting out and getting new hero’s and lvling up. I play this game a couple hours at the end of every day and I’ve reached the point in the game where I have to spend money if I want to keep playing which I’m very reluctant to do. Currently at 15-25 on the campaign and can’t get past the difficult mode boss in foggy forest. And majority of my heroes are at 120. The game has a tendency to waste your summons by giving you 5 star epic hero’s instead of legendary ones which gets very frustrating. The game needs more stuff to do for when this happens, at least another game mode or something that passes the time for people who don’t want to spend money until they get the materials/hero’s they need. They prob won’t do this though bc that’s their way of picking your pockets.
